Service was great!! I went in with my daughter as she needed a new mattress. Jack showed us some great products in our price range. It was easy and delivery will be the next day. We are all happy with the product and service

My boyfriend and I are on the hunt for a new king mattress. We read the reviews on this store and they were super promising, so we checked it out. Matt was working there today and he was absolutely fabulous. Had the best personality, was very informative on the different types of brands/beds, super down to earth guy. He didn’t make us feel like we had to buy a bed right then and there (like other stores we’ve been to.) He listened to our needs and wants and helped us choose the perfect bed for us. We will be back in a few weeks to make our purchase. Excellent customer service, thanks Matt!

We had a great shopping experience at the American Mattress store in Buffalo Grove. We had a constraint of a narrow staircase to transfer the mattress upstairs.
Jack listened carefully our requirements and recommended mattresses which will meet our requirements. We arrived late in the store on Sunday evening. But Jack kept the store open late hours for us.
A good salesman is one, instead of selling an expensive product, he feels the customers requirements and sells the products which best suits the customers requirements. Jack is on of them.

I recently set out to get a higher quality mattress to last 10 years, as opposed to finding another short term solution on Craigslist. I was a first time “mid-to-high-end” buyer and, by nature of my career in investment finance, did a ton of due diligence online and across many stores. After three weeks, I was overwhelmed with online reviews/recommendations and found that the in-store sales people at most stores weren’t doing much to help me narrow my options.

He holds a wealth of knowledge on the industry and was able to cut past the generic sales script I had been encountering in my search, seamlessly taking all of my considerations into account and directing me to the right mattress.

My wife and finally went to buy a new mattress after 13 years with our current one, and we returned to the same store due to the original customer service. Our sales advisor, Adam, was beyond knowledgeable, patient, and explained all options to us over the course of a half hour. We were happy with the prices, beyond happy with the customer service, and the fact that our mattress could be delivered in only 2 days was icing on the cake.

David listened carefully to our description of what features and quality we needed for buying a king mattress. David offered some discounts and explained helpful tips on the buying process. We tried out several comfortable mattresses, and quickly selected the King Brampton Plush model. David arranged next day delivery of new box springs and the plush mattress. The delivery team led by Miguel Sanchez arrived right on schedule, efficiently removed our old mattress and installed the comfortable new one. We are very satisfied with the complete buying process and quality of the new products.

My husband and I was looking for the perfect mattress replacement from our old mattress for months until we check this Buffalo Grove store out, right when we come in Mr.David Quinn welcomed us excitedly, he was the BEST! Very engaging, patient and so helpful making sure we would find the perfect mattress. And yes we found it with the perfect pillow too! He ensured we will be able to use it before our birthday and it arrived on the day we were expecting it, he even messaged us the day before to update us of the delivery. I think we wouldn’t have found the perfect mattress for us had it not been for Mr David’s help. He did an excellent job and we highly recommend him (and the store) for the very smooth transaction and the pleasant experience.

We had an excellent experience at this store. We went on Wed and were greeted enthusiastically. We liked the mattress right away. We came back on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday. The customer service was excellent. We came back because we wanted to buy from a locally owned company and because of David Quinn the manager.
