My morning started with a Small Cafe Mocha which is great as you get the coffee/chocolate mixed which I ENJOY! The gentleman who took my order was kind, so my morning started good 👍

This is my first review I have ever given and I'm 65 years old. I just don't do it. I felt so compelled after the service I received form Charlie . I ordered my drink asked for it to be stirred before the whip cream was put on. Because the syrup sits on the bottom. I like to taste the flavour I paid $7.05 for thorough out my whole my entire drink.The coffee is really $6.05 but I always tip a dollar. I just happen to be standing where this young kid was making my drink. I asked if he was making mine, he reply's yes. I saw the cup in his had which already had the coffee in but not the milk. I asked him to stir it before the whip cream went on. He looked at me as if he couldn't believed I was asking. He says stirred. Yes please. He has the cup in his hand and just swirls it which still just has the coffee. I was so dumb founded. Charlie over heard our conversation (thanks goodness) and saw what was happening. She looks at me and says I'll make it for. With this beautiful smile and amazing attitude. She also explain the perks I would receive if I down loaded the app. Thank you so very much Charlie for your warm welcome and fantastic serve. WHAT A GREAT HIRE STARBUCKS. Just a FYI visit this store two times a week on the way to my destination. I hope I get the pleasure of seeing Charlie again.

This is my favorite store. Somehow the drinks taste better at this store. I have 3 Starbucks close to my house and this one is by far the best. Their Cashier Charlie is so welcoming and friendly. She always recommends new drinks. She is a ray of sunshine even on stormy days. Thanks Charlie !

I truly love this Starbucks. Ever single employee i have encountered here has been nothing but warm and kind. they understand how service should be. I get the perfect drink every time and great suggestions for my next drink (if i ask of course) This is the best Starbucks on this earth. thank you for amazing service and smiles!

I had a great experience today in this Starbucks location (Tues, Aug 1st @ 5:50pm). Thanks to Christine for assisting me with my Starbucks order😉👌 in the drive thru. The line was sort of long but it was moving in a timely manner😊. Thanks again! I will be back soon.

Went to this Starbucks a couple times, usually right after the massage that I get in this plaza next to Thai Thai restaurant. Anyways, the service of this Starbucks has always been wonderful. The best thing I love about this place is fast service. My friends and I had a great time there! The atmosphere was great, we sat outside. However there was no trash can outside, but I am still going to give them five stars for costumer service. Everything was delicious, nothing to complain about!

Today is my birthday and i went as most do, i went to starbucks to get my free drink. When i pull up to the drive-thru i am met by the sweetest woman through the speaker and when i say it’s my birthday she begins singing happy birthday momentarily. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and with no hesitation, she helped me select a drink and when i came to the front window she gave me a smile and asked about my day and birthday. Coincidentally, i share the same birthday with her son who is also named Justin. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the enthusiastic Ms. Charlee at the register and i would 100% recommend the Caramel Ribbon Crunch with cookie crumble on top.

Loved there coffee so hot warming I love it and the prices are very low

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about 3 years and they are honestly the BEST. I don’t know who trains here but they do it RIGHT !
Becky is amazing & so attentive. She made my daughter feel so special for making the “honor roll” & was also very kind to me during my birthday week! Thank you guys

Great place to relax and work. They even let us use your own reusable cups. The staff is great and attentive.

This morning my daughter and I visited the Starbucks at Jacaranda Square in Plantation. We've been there before and the service has always been good but today was more than just about the service they provided. As we stepped outside, my 11yo daughter unfortunately fell on the street pavement as she stepped off the concrete step. It was a scary moment, especially when she was complaining of pain in her pelvic/hip area. That's what stopped the fall. I helped her get up and she hopped on one foot over to Starbucks outside seating. Almost immediately a Starbucks employee named Anne came outside and asked if we were ok. She quickly brought my daughter an ice pack to apply to her hip. Then another employee, which I didn't get his name also assisted by bringing a first aid kit.
Anne then proceeded to bring my daughter another Refresher & ham & cheese croissant since it all ended up all over the street when she fell. The other employee then went a step further and brought my daughter a cake pop.😊 I want to thank Anne and all the staff at Starbucks store #3429 this morning for your prompt response to help my daughter. Your kindness and compassion are A+! 💕

On a side note, when this incident occurred there was a young man sitting outside that saw everything happen and did absolutely NOTHING! 😳 Even my daughter noticed and asked me about it. It's unfortunate that there are people in this world that just don't give a damn about anything or anyone but themselves. 😕 I told my daughter it really was a shame he did nothing but I was glad she witnessed his lack of humanity so she can learn how NOT to be with others. By the way, full disclosure he was wearing a TD BANK badge on his shirt!

This store gets 10 stars for the young lady who sang my order back to me. It was so surprising and funyn, needless to say i pulled up with a frown and she had me cracking up by the time i left the drive thru speaker. I called and told all my friends as well as the manager of that store! It was great!!

This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks. I go every morning to get my coffee/food. Everyone treats me like a part of the family. Whenever I want to try a different drink, they have great suggestions based on what I normally get. They have always treated me so warmly and I appreciate the conversations. The store manager, Lisa, is really funny and welcoming as well. Tatiana is also awesome.

Had a great experience ordering with Claudia. She was very welcoming, just extremely nice positive overall. Because of my great experience with her, I will definitely be going back. Thank you for your delightful service!

I always receive Great service at this location. But I must highlight the customer service I received from Chey today. You have a wonderful girl working on your team. I just met her and I can tell she has a genuine spirit. May all your dreams come true!

I absolutely love this location the employees are so friendly my order has never been wrong and This is my favorite Starbucks. I think her name is Sophie but I could be wrong she had curly black hair with blue in it but she is so awesome give everyone there a raise!!!

All the baristas are so cute and sweet, they remember you and your drink order, and keep the place very clean! I don’t have a problem going back to this specific location even if it’s out of the way because I know the place is nice and tidy, and run very well with super friendly staff! These things are very important because there’s a large population that doesn’t sit down at all, just grabs a drink and goes on about their busy schedule, and it’s nice to know you will receive good service, even from such a short interaction. My favorite Starbucks!
