They almost always try to sell me a new plan to save me money when I go to pay my bill but im old, stubborn and hate change. Keep up the friendly service people.

Mallory is absolutely amazing. If I could giver her 10 stars I totally would!! Hands down saved the day. We were experiencing an extremely difficult number porting issue and she helped every frustrating step of the way. To say that this woman deserves a raise is a total understatement. Thank you so very much Mallory for doing your thing and making sure we were taken care of.

HUGE shout-out to Joey and Kaylynn (I apologize if I misspelled) for all their assistance! I was in town visiting family and stopped in a couple of times (July 2022) to address some internet issues with my new Pixel 6, and they were so patient and determined to resolve the issue. Awesome staff! Started out on Thursday night 30mins before they closed just wanting to get some info about T-Mobile and ended up there 30mins past closing. When I left there I knew that I was switching. Went in there today and switched. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Definitely going to be a customer for years to come. Aaron and Peggy were extremely nice and very helpful!

Dai’Quan helped me when I went in looking for new service and a phone. He was very kind and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes! The store was also very clean, everyone was wearing a mask, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer available. Thank you very much Dai’Quan!!!

I have been there twice. Both times Store manager Juwan. Help me out greatly, he even stayed late to help me out. He was very nice, knowledgeable and made the experience good.
