We went in for a windshield wiper blade, the employees verified in their computer that we picked the correct one and they ran outside and installed it before we even finished paying! Awesome customer service, I highly recommend the Allendale AutoZone!

I came out to my car after work. It was so hot inside, that my windshield mirror glue had failed. On my way home, I stopped in at AutoZone. I was immediately asked if they could assist me, and upon inquiry about windshield mirror glue, the young man quickly indicated the isle and said it was on the right. Perfectly assisted, quickly purchased, and out the door in under 3 minutes. Perfect. The OEM glue was applied as per instructions, and currently holding my mirror in place. Only time will tell if it holds, but I am confident it will. Good experience.

I was heading out of town with my kids and my headlight bulb had burnt out. I stopped by to buy a new bulb. They ended up replacing all four bulbs for me at a massive discount. They wanted to make sure my kids and I were safe. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Great store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I needed to get a battery and they took their time to walk me through the different price options. They also changed my battery for me, even though it we were in the middle of essentially a blizzard. The staff member also told me that they install wipers, read engine warning lights, and change light bulbs (they did say some cars have bulbs they can't change, but that they at least look at it to make sure) Altogether it was a positive experience with incredible customer service.

I stopped in to ask about my car battery since it died three times in seven days. Ben H promptly came out to my car and hooked the machine up to test it out. My battery was shot and he said I needed a new one. I was happy to purchase a new battery but faced the challenge of installing it. He recognized this and gladly offered to install it post hours after the store closed, on his own time! Wow! I couldn’t believe what a nice guy he was to take time out of his day to assist me. He closed up the store and met me out in the parking lot to replace my battery and my car is running like a dream! Ben H at the Allendale/Jenison location gets top marks from me! Thank you so much, Ben! And to your boss- this guy needs a promotion! Thank you, AutoZone and Ben!

Had a great experience here! I had to tighten some bolts for a part on my car and the staff helped me out tremendously by lending me their tool kit to help a struggling new Jeep Wrangler owner out. Special shoutout to Scott (the Jeep enthusiast himself) and Ryan for being so patient and willing to continually help. Definitely would recommend going there to get help with all things related to cars.

I am 66 years old and retired. My career involved the management of several production facilities. One of the most challenging parts of my work was finding good employees. I have spent several hundreds of dollars at AutoZone since the Allendale store opened ( I am a collector). Good service, good availability of parts and accessories . You have an employee, I believe his name is Ben. I wish I could have had an entire crew of Bens. Customer service over the top. Pleasant, curtious and a good communicator. Definitely a keeper!

Autozone has great parts at good prices. Have had really good experiences with batteries especially, really like Gold Duralast!

My head light went out at 9:50 PM on a monday night and Chris from this location is holding the part and his time for us to fix and leave! Such a great worker and ticket saver!
