Updating Review 🙏🫶 This was our go to spot🙌💯😆 they have alot of selections and always good . The Grilled cheese n the iced white chocolate mocha was my fave 😋 but we dont get these any more cause were on keto now buuuut we get a plain iced coffee n bring our own creamer n its thee best ☕ they are usually busy but what coffee place isn't 💯😄 they also have the app if u want to order ahead and drive up to get your order or walk in to grab it. The few things I have gotten while been here have been good. The atmosphere is good. I go study there when not at the library across the street.

Employees always are polite and friendly. Drive thru goes smoothly and you usually dont wait in line longer then 10 mins even if the line is long.

This is a great place to go and get a Carmel Frappuccino. You have to make sure you tell them that what you want extra on, and watch them make it

Great frappe my daughter bought me, along with my snowman ⛄ cookie. Totally love this Starbucks and Christmas 🎄 time. This is when all the great drinks come out.❤

This location can get really packed but as I was driving by noticed nobody in the drive thru so I took a very quick turn into it and was met with a very nice girl at the order box and even tho on this day I only ordered a large water as I was very parched she was very gracious and kind to me and delivered to me a nice tall ice water with a smile. Perk...it smelled like coffee it was delightful. 🙂😊 Normally I get the Matcha Latte 😋 which is always the most delicious, recently I tried Pumpkin 🎃 Spice Latte mmmmm yum 😋 that was super tasty I really like the 3 pack of the lil shortbread cakes that are by the register. Staff at this location are always nice and this place can get super packed and they handle it like Rockstar. Thanks guys truly appreciate you all.

I just want to say thank you to all the workers who have handed out big free ice waters to my son.. And kept him hydrated at the park next door. 🥰🤗 Amazing crew there!!

Went through drive thru & we were greeted & gave our order, got everything rite & the drinks were delicious.

Wow, first time here and what a great first impression !!!!! The young lady who took my order was so friendly and made sure my ordered was perfect, the young lady who greeted me at the window was also very friendly and handled our drinks with care. I would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.

For years I have ordered trienta cold brew with 3/4" of oat milk. No extra charge. Today 7-31-23, I was charged extra $.70. When I asked why, I was told that Garrett the Manager has decided to add the extra charge. I told the barista that the Kasota Starbucks doesn't charge for 3/4" oat milk. Then I was informed that it was up to each individual manager at each store.
I do not think this is right. The price is not the issue, the fact that this is not a universal policy is upsetting.
Garrett are you trying to nickel and dime your customers? Are you looking to increase your sales? Are you trying to earn a bigger bonus on the backs of Starbucks customers?
I hope you will reflect on my comment as well as the other negative comments you have received.
Until this policy changes, I will go to another Starbucks.

Very spacious with various seating arrangements. Dark aesthetic which was brightened by the red and green holiday decor. I appreciate the reusable straws located in a basket at register because I need to replace mine and it's a nice reminder. Plus, $1 straws are easy sales too. Jacob has great attitude and might be the only barista able to reach the travelers up high 😂

I came through drive thru for a hot tea because my voice is gone. I tried my best to say what I wanted and Nate that was on headset and recommended me try a lemon and honey tea so I was willing to give it a shot. Once I got to the window he greeted me with a smile and my tea and told me it was on the house. When I asked if he was sure he said yes because I sounded like my day was already hard. I felt so blessed by this. The tea is amazing and because of that I will always go there. Thanks Nate! Your amazing!!! Starbucks is lucky to have a worker like you.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks pretty much since it’s opened. Not sure why I haven’t written a review haha. Anyways, staff is always amazing. Before Covid, never had any issues with drive thru or ordering inside. The inside is clean and kept up nicely. Drinks are made to the T. Of course, if they are busy then I’ll kinda expect my drink to made in a hurry to meet the demand of other customers during a rush. Now, during covid, driv thru is busier and all I can say is; if you’re in no hurry then wait in line. 🤷🏻‍♂ There are other locations if you don’t want to wait. Aside, from that if you give respect and treat employees kindly then there’s no issues. I hate hearing about people being super rude. You give kindness and you’ll receive back.

I love this Starbucks! I went in for two weeks straight to study for two big tests I had. They quickly learned my order and greeted me by my name each morning and they were always so friendly and quick to refill or fix (those very rare and few times it wasn't what I ordered) my drink. It's my favorite by far.

First off, the place is huge compared to some of the others, never have had a problem finding a seat! My family and I have spent countless hours here enjoying lattes ,frappes ,and FREE WIFI. The staff is friendly and efficient! The facility is clean ( as well as the restrooms). They offer Seating outside, and they actually provide ashtrays! so you can smoke without feeling like a total scumbag! Lol...

This Starbucks is really nice, fast, friends, helpful, and most of all presentable in the shop. They can give you guidance on what to pick out. They have new features of cups, and coffee. And the management is on point with the workers.

Much less busy Starbucks than the one on Bear Valley and Apple Valley road. Parking is a little sparse but the location is great if you're near the 18. Baristas here seem to be happier than most (a good manager?). Recommend!

My family and I were on our Labor Day vacation to Arizona and stop at the Starbucks on Lorraine and Center Drive across the street from Costco. Pie place in Mobile order as I always do but was getting a completely different order. My husband had congestion and wanted hot tea but instead received cold tea. However, we continued on our journey and decided to see if the Starbucks in Apple Valley on Dale Evans Parkway could redo the order and to my surprise they did. Not only were the staff excellent and accommodating, they were happy and enjoyed doingtheir job wirh a smile. Great job Apple Valley Starbucks keep up the good work!
