In the wild wasteland of Eastern New York state, you don't always know what you're going to get. This specific dunkin was a surprise and a delight.

I don't understand why everyone else is saying it's terrible, but I loved it! Maybe the other reviewers had different employees, but when I just got my order, they were quick, polite, and they all had real smiles on their faces. Everyone was so kind and so attentive. 10/10 would recommend this Dunkin!

LOVE this location!!!! Such nice people, and the order is always correct and fresh! They do the simple things, that other locations and businesses lack, to show their gratitude to their loyal customers. A+ to everyone there!!

I came through the drive thru yesterday morning when it was pouring rain. The gentleman working the window handed me out a fist full of napkins with my card so I could wipe my door off. Yesterday was a pretty crazy morning for me and as silly as it sounds this small act really made my day look up. He didn't ask, just grabbed them like he does this all the time. I always hate having a wet door and the overhang at the window is the worst size ever (really, can this be looked into?). No matter how close/far I try to park to the window I always get soaked from the runoff. I wish I would have grabbed his name, but by far the most thoughtful thing anyone has done for me at a drive thru.

Best and friendly service, plus they gave me a free turbo shot to make up for being out of cold brew. Honestly, the best dark roast I've had at any dunkin' ever!

Love the manager and the staff. Friendly, fast, clean and respectful. Which I can't say for the Dunkin donuts on church st. This one is ten times what they are.
