Was helped out from a gentleman named Pat, he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and even showed me a thing or two on my car, he definitely knows what he’s talking about and I will be coming back to this one just to hopefully get him again! Whoever is doing payroll, make sure Pat is being compensated well!

Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable! I will always refer my friends to get parts here. Many times I have seen the staff going out of their way to make a difference in their customers days

Brandon was incredible. He went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help me with my car troubles. Very knowledgeable and makes sure you leave satisfied.
The part I needed is no longer available to purchase and Brandon helped come up with an idea to take the old parts and make something new. He did this in under 10 minutes!

Been going here for parts for years..no Decades. I've always gotten good if not very good service. An honest opinion and information help with the right tools to do the job right. It's a rarity I can't get a part from them outside of Dealer or specialty parts. The website is also very user friendly and as long as you feed the right information...You can't go wrong. About 10 to 15 cars and trucks lived and some still live today long after their life spans. Thanks!

We came in today with an RV battery that did not hold a charge. Jonathan tested it and charged it. It was under warranty, but not from A brand that advanced auto carries. He gave us the address to the correct place and Sent us on the road with the info to have the battery replaced. Thank you so much Johnson!

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have been in there twice this weekend and they were able to give great advice as well as having the products I needed. They also helped me with a product that was available at another location which allowed me to fix my issue.

I went in there before talking to you and was told the part I needed was $120.00 something dollars.... I had the info pulled up from your website on my phone and was still argued with. I called you(tina) from their parking lot and you saved my day. $29.00 for the same part as I asked for in the southwestern store and was argued with???? I guess it matters which franchise you frequent. Thank goodness you are only a short distance further than your less,than equal partner. You guys are the best and myself and my business truly appreciate your help.
