Recently reopened after six months clothes, with new management (hence the lack of reviews).

Rock solid choice on the main strip with a hole-in-the-wall feel but a good amount of seating. We 2 people) came in at 6pm on Saturday of President’s Day weekend, when every other place had a 20+ min wait, and were seated immediately.

The selection is a bit limited, both in beer and food, but the choices are solid and should cover most tastes. Service was pretty quick, although they definitely were pushing their limits. Everyone was super friendly though. Tables aren’t assigned, so we ended up getting service from everyone on duty at some point in the night, and they were all very friendly and attentive, especially considering the busy night.

The live music wasn’t too loud, and pretty chill. It was mostly classic (60’s/early 70’s) rock and some country.

Food was a winner. The wings were some of the best either of us have ever had. Not sure how they make them, but they’re awesome. We ordered them straight, so there was no sauce (just the way I like them). The darker bbq sauce on the table was *amazing* with them.

The second order was the beef ribs, and it was a winner with a weird miss. The ribs were great (again, dry rub, no sauce), but had a few cold spots for some reason. I’ve never gotten ribs with cold spots, especially not when they’re sizzling hot on the outside. I wonder whether they smoke them, throw them in the fridge, and then heat them up in the oven. Either way, the ribs were full of flavor, delicious, and great with the sauce we used on the wings.

Sides were cool, but nothing to write home about. I wasn’t a fan of the slaw, but I don’t like apples. If you’re an apple slaw fan, you’ll be very happy. The fries were solid, and made a great base for more of that killer bbq sauce.

We both had a Pilsner on tap, so I can’t speak to the mixed drinks, but this is a bbq joint. Drink beer. Don’t overthink it. The tap selection is relatively, but solid, and you’re very likely to find something you like unless you’re obsessed with wheat beers (there aren’t any here).

All in all, a winner, at prices that match or beat anything you’re likely to find in tourist central. 100% would do it again, just for the wings and bbq sauce.

No this gem of a place is NOT closed! Yes, they are under new management since November 2023. And thankfully they are totally dialed in with some of the most delicious BBQ we have ever enjoyed - smoked & slow cooked right on the premises. We had the full rack of baby back pork ribs - which could have served 3 hungry adults - and also demolished the beef ribs. Don’t wait to get over there!

The food is delicious! They have such an awesome menu to choose from and have some pretty great drinks or beers on draft. I love the friendly staff and James the manager is definitely an awesome person as well! Made sure my food was perfect and made some of the best drinks I've had, well definitely be back for more!

Wings were bomb, cold slaw was to die for, my suggestion for 2 have all 4 appetizers so you can try it all.

Jack and his team were AWESOME! Great spot for a good meal after a day on the slopes. Cool place... chill environment.

Went here because there was no wait, it was empty compared to 40 min wait at other places. Ribs were a pleasant surprise and large portion, great service, live music was OK.

Got the smoked wings to go while staying at the hotel. Hot and crispy with a couple sauces!

Tri Tip sandwich was 10/10. Mac n cheese bites were fantastic. Easy to order. Not busy.

Fun place to have a few drinks and watch the game. Staff and food are excellent!

Just a little place that the adjacent hotel took over. Won't win awards for atmosphere but the service was great and the food was solid. Crispy fries, cold beer, our burger and baby back ribs were good. The bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers were great. If you want low key and easy access hit it up, especially if you're walking distance in a hotel.

Food was not good. We were the only people there. Overheard the manger talking loudly about how nobody ate there on a previous night. Not really what you’re expecting as far as BBQ goes. $31/per person with no drinks out the door for chicken fingers and tacos.

The burger was under cooked and the fries were not done all the way. For being a bbq spot, they sure don’t have many food options

The food was reeeaaalllyyyy over cooked. The chicken wings were like chicken jerky. The ribs were also dry and not tender. I think they can improve if they adjust their cooking times, because the flavor was good.

This place is terrible, had a burger and the patty was burnt and had zero flavor. The bottom bun was warm but the top bun was cold. Also, no Mayo, spread, mustard just ketchup and i couldn't drown it in that either it was bad. My wife had the mahi mahi tacos and the tortillas were not warmed up as they were cracking and the fish had way too much pepper. The fries and mac cheese was just ok. The beer was the only good thing there. No napkins given and no paper towels in the bathroom either. Such a big nice looking place and so much disappointment. Tahoe is a ripoff!! 80 bucks for trash.... just glad i didn't get sick!!
