My favorite gamestop ever! I always feel welcome and the workers are the best. Knowledgeable, funny, and caring. Joe and Robert hold this gamestop down as the great ones who take care of everyone. If you want great service, come to this gamestop and meet these guys! Please give them raises and paid vacations!

I had googled an item knowing that they may or may not have it. The gentleman who welcomed me said the same thing. I can't complain not deny then a good rating because the guy who's name I can't remember said what I was looking for was something they only carry online. Thank you for your honesty and not wasting my time highly recommend.

My husband goes there for all his PS 4 games he just got star wars fallen Jedi order the game now we waiting for the movie dec19 to come out I think it's going to be pretty good since we look at the game.

Bit of a nervous person when going out but the guy cashier today 3/19/22 around 3:00 was really helpful and nice to talk with. Helped make my purchase as easy as possible with the limited funds I had.

The guy was very nice and he helped me look for Pokemon cards. There were in the back so I was surprised he went back there to check since most Gamestop don’t do that. Thank you and they have a very good selection of Pokemon packages for you too!

Some of the best customer service out there! Very knowledgeable employee's and polite. They even gave me a free red bull! How awesome is that!? Great selection of Funko pops and Anime gear; beanies, hoodies, t- shirts etc.

Always there for my needs been using them for years. Been to other games stops Sunnyvale, San Carlos, and this one rocks. Knowledgeable attendants who describe in detail answers to any questions i have. They Called other store to reserve the last VR in October when nobody else had them. 5 stars if you're not getting good service it must be on a day I haven't been there or with attendants I haven't met.

Been coming here for a long time. Always clean and never had a problem finding out a question to any question regarding video games. The staff has been over the top awesome and knowledgeable since I can remember, even the trainees.

The employee with the Killmonger haircut was super helpful and nice. If Gamestop had these kinds of guys in all locations they'd have people purchasing games with them more often again.

I came with my nephew Chia Pet to buy the power supply for his Nintendo Switch. The person who attended us behaved very kindly to us and helped us choose the right AC.
