Food is a little pricey for portion size, but love the smoothies! Glad to have some variety at the loop. The daytime staff is usually super pleasant! Also appreciate the fact that the dining room and, from what I see, the kitchen area is always super clean!

The staff is vibrant & friendly, very welcoming. The food is super tasty & filling. The smoothies were delicious &I loved how many customization options there were!

The place has a very professional YOUNG staff. Very surprising to see how well they work together over there. The Manager there (Cole) is a great guy. Super professional. I came in one day rushing thru my morning, I forgot my wallet. Cole for no reason at all, told me today my shake was on him. To just give an honest review online and to enjoy my shake, and to help someone else I seen that day he like had just done for me. To see that type of leadership in a new franchise is very rare and amazing. If Tropical Cafe has more guys like Cole, this franchise will surge. Great work guys. Best of luck.

The FASTEST tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. These guys rocked. Also, one of the staff was walking in when we were and he opened the door for us, what a homie.

This place is amazing first time I came in the staff where super friendly and helped me pick a smoothie as it was my first time I got a pomegranate plunge and a chorizo quesadilla with chips the quesadilla was so flavorfull and it came with sauce when I dipped it in it was amazing I washed it down with my smoothie it was really refreshing for being so early in the morning I got all my energy back I will for sure come back

Very good! Best bang for your buck smoothie around and it's FRESHLY made. Unlike pressed Cafe which is all pre made garbage. Highly recommend!

11/10 would recommend. Place is incredible. Unbelievable food at great prices and low calories. Specific to the Methuen location: I have never encountered such friendly and upbeat staff. So helpful and kind. Really made my day. The dude with long hair who took my order was fantastic. Pre gym, post gym, or no gym, this is my go-to now

Wonderful staff, great food and service. Very friendly staff and deserve raises. However, the manager or whoever it was treated the staff like animals. He was yelling at them and telling them that they’re not getting paid over time . That is not how you keep your workers. They deserve to be treated great for their exceptional service.

Beyond amazing customer service. I had an error with my order and not only did they offer to fix me a new one, but the General Manager drove out to my house to deliver it to me. He Was extremely polite as were the employees over the phone. 5/5 stars would recommend to everyone!!

This location is right near my work and I love going on my break! I place my order and when I get there everything is ready for me to grab and go! Customer service is excellent, food is great and the smoothies are my favorite!

I usually order weekly and I love it !!! Everything is says fresh and today I was greeted by one guy -col who was very polite and had a great attitude! He asked how was I and made my experience so much better!

GREAT SERVICE amazing staff members. The only problem is the manager. I heard him yelling to a guy at the food station saying “pick up the speed” in a bad tone which is horrible. Other than that amazing staff members.

This was my first time visiting my best friend here in Massachusetts. I told her I wanted a smoothie we came in and the general Manger greeted up very pleasantly and made the experience great and fun. I believe his name was Cole , If not it started with a C, very cool, and upbeat white guy. He even let me try the editable straw with my Bahama mamma, it was my first time having a Bahama mama that thing was soooo Amazingly delicious. The whole team there was kind, welcoming and sweet. Shout out to the general manager, he greets everyone with a smile and welcoming when they first walk in. I think he is right the shop is one of a kind. Thanks for making my experience great. I order a chia banana blast strawberry no dates no oats edible strawberry straw the it missing dark chocolate fat burner and it delicious I love it 😋 😍 😊

Best staff that i have came across in a long time. had a huge order for the office and everything was most imortant right and it was fresh. food and smoothies were out of this world
