GM Joe was very helpful with a return I needed to make. He was made aware of the situation the day before from his associate Gabby whom was also very kind and helpful over the phone. GM Joe helped out with an isolated online return issue that required his management approval. He was very understanding that it was a circumstance beyond my control and was able to get my return done with no problem.
