Exquisite employees that went far beyond not only to help us and resolve our issues, but did so in a manner that kept a smile on our faces the entire visit! Emmanuel and Ty are the most remarkable, pleasant and helpful young men, turning an initially daunting and dreaded visit into such an enjoyable experience that we continued to smile the rest of the day.
They guided us while speaking to customer service on the phone for issues that could only be resolved in that manner (something they needed not do), explained and ensured we chose the best packages for our needs, and did so in the most pleasant, knowledgeable and personable way! Only when we left, did we realize that we had consumed nearly two hours of these gentlemen’s time, including their lunch, so enjoyable was our visit, the young men never hinting we had engaged them for so long!
This was, quite frankly the MOST enjoyable and completely successful retail/service experience I can remember having! Emmanuel and Ty exemplify what customer service should be like! Bravo to these young men, my husband and I cannot praise and thank them enough!!

Barbara Likos at the T-Mobile store in the Promenade in Alabaster is great! She did everything I needed and then some. She became my teacher and had great patience. I appreciate her help!!

I used the promenade location today and had the absolute best experience. I work in customer service and I can honestly say that Benny, the assistant manager did an excellent job. At one there were several people in the store and he greeted each one as they came in and kept giving me reassurance that he would be right with me. I waited since we had spoken on the phone and the service after the wait did not disappoint. He got me the best deals. He saved me money. You can tell he cares about his customers which reflects his character. I also witnessed him helping another employee without hesitation! He was kind and funny… he was professional and went over and beyond! One of the top 5 experiences I’ve ever had in customer service! Thanks Benny!! We will definitely be back to see you!

I went in yesterday because my phone wasn't connecting to the internet correctly, the staff was super nice and helpful. Benny helped me out and knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

He is a kind hearted soul who I can tell, in the hour I was there getting an upgrade, that he has a niche and love for people. I must brag on the Tmobile store in Alabaster, they have the best customer service ever. Benny assisted me in previous visits so I returned to receive his help with a new phone and transfer of my data. He is very knowledgeable and patience with all my questions and concerns. Benny let me check and ensure all my info/photos/contacts, etc., transferred over to the new phone, that I could message/text and make/receive phone calls. He was really thorough and I was so pleased with his service. Thank you Benny!!

I had to share a great experience I had interacting with Mr. Benny a few days ago. This young man was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. He is a true asset to your organization.

Came in on a Saturday. Several customers were waiting to be helped near the time the store closes. Tony and Benny were great and took care of all customers way past the closure time. Tony was the one who personally assisted me. He was friendly and helpful. Next time you go in ask for Tony or Benny to help.
