A family favorite to shop at. Good quality & prices. Employees are helpful and cashiers are outstanding.

Was worried I would have to go thru a long process to return items I bought online but the process was quick and easy. Good selection of merchandise.

Love Old Navy clothes for my kids and myself. The employees are so sweet and welcoming, even if they're swamped. They take time with each person and if you can't find something, they're willing to try and find it for you.
They have awesome deals, sales, and clearance prices all the time. If I can't find what I want in store or just decide to shop online, they have a fantastic sale going on there, too.
Being able to bring store AND online purchases back to any store for a refund or exchange is so nice!
They never complain if I'm returning a lot from online (I usually order different sizes of the same thing because I'm 5'1" and 135lbs, so fittings vary greatly), so I try to organize the right shipping bag (that's your receipt) with the corresponding items to make it go faster for the cashier, customers in line, and me!
Pick-up from their stores are a breeze.

Easy convenient location and you can see from the road (not as easy from main highway). The store always has a great selection of clothing and accessories for girls/women and boys/men. I love it because they have xxs and CS items and these are usually difficult to find. The employees are all very friendly and helpful each time I visit. They always have cute pajamas!! Highly recommend shopping here

Love the bright lights in there. Easy to see merchandise & read tags. It was easy to shop because everything was neat & folded in its place. That store usually in shambles! Of note, I'm not very tall but wear a Large or XL. I had to get help because hanging shirts my size were about 8' off the ground on hanging racks. Seems smaller sizes would be on taller racks

This is one of the best Old Navy stores in the area. They are always well stocked, clean, and well staffed. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have never had a long wait to check out here.

The Alabaster location has incorporated a Plus Size Section!!! I found several key pieces I saw online and was ecstatic to purchase in store. The employees are always fruendly and greet upon arrival. I love Old Navy!

I always love when they do friends and family day! Shopping on a budget and getting great quality for your money. Unfortunately, they ran out of shopping bags! I was not expecting that. They gave me my order in a clear garbage bag lol

Their men's clothing size seem to fit my physique well. They usually have simple items that I prefer like solid color t-shirts.
