The employees there are extremely friendly and accommodating. They always have my drink and brownie ready for me. It's such a pleasure to walk into a place where the staff greets you with a warm smile and knows exactly what you need. Whether it's a hectic morning or a stressful day, their exceptional service never fails to brighten my mood.

As soon as I step through the doors, I'm greeted by familiar faces who go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They remember my usual order - a steaming cup of caramel latte with a side of their delectable chocolate brownie. It's as if they have a sixth sense and can anticipate my cravings even before I express them.

Not only do they have my drink and brownie ready, but they also take the time to engage in friendly conversation -mostly when I need to pick up multiple drinks and I need to figure out how to carry them-, making me feel like a valued customer. Their genuine interest in my day and their ability to create a warm, inviting atmosphere sets this place apart from any other coffee shop I've been to.

Their attention to detail is remarkable. They remember my preferred level of sweetness, the exact temperature I prefer my latte, and even the way I like my brownie warmed. It's these small gestures that make me feel like they truly care about providing an exceptional

Service was good, coffee and food was good, the line was a little long in the drive through but it moved at a reasonable rate. One of the better Starbucks locations I have been to.

Need to change parking and drive thru..exits and entrance, not enough handicapped spots at all. And the person that came up with the drive thru should have to re-do for Free

I was having a rough week and I was picking up my daily Starbucks and couldn’t tip like I always do, I apologized and in return they gave me a size up from what I payed for and a $4 off my next drink, I wish I remembered the sweethearts name but thank you guys for being amazing 🤍

Excessively bougie and overpriced diabetes juice sold under the guise of being coffee.

That being said, the product served is solid, the customer service is always great, and it offers a solid option in a pinch.

Honestly a great place with super hardworking people. It's not unusual these days to wait and personally I have no sympathy for folks who get upset with the help because they had to wait. I mean seriously, what's their hurry, are they so important they're going to the Middle East to bring peace? The day manager noticed and, really, I didn't think I was waiting all that long but she apologised and gave me a freebie for later. You want a manager like that, you want people who pay attention. My Cappuccinos are always great and the people there super.

Special shout out to Elyssa and the whole team that are always doing their best to deliver hand crafted beverages and great quality customer service while under pressure from the constant drive-thru line! You guys are great! 👌🏽

This evening at 8, I received a perfect order. I got an iced caffe mocha, decaf with no ice and soy milk instead of regular. The cup was filled to the top, extremely consistent and the whipped cream was clean and not excessively done. I will definitely come here again when I’m in the area and recommend that you do as well.

The actual review is fundamental I know because Out of all the Starbucks I've been to, the Starbucks on Main ST in Haverhill has NOT made a single mistake to date!!! ❤😍❤😍

Not only were they trained properly,

(Is there is a reason why every person there can make my coffee the same way multiple times daily and have it come out the same way!!!)

But I have not seen them be impatient or rude the way other place get when they are busy. They are beyond helpful when you are not prepared. Thought I had my wallet to pay when my phone died. Haverhill Starbucks is always kind and quick with their orders! The mobile orders can get piled up during rush hours but the staff do a great job connecting to make sure you have everything you need and get on your way!
The evenings are great at this location to sit on the patio and sip fresh coffee with good company. They could use more outdoor furniture and pay better attention to staging their outdoor space but it could easily be really great!

This is one of those Starbucks locations, that makes everyone feel respected and welcome! I've been going here now for years, and even when the "new- recruits" arrive, the management keeps the shop running smoothly!

As a former Starbucks Partner, I have especially high standards for every Starbucks I go into, and this location exceeds all expectations! My boyfriend and I frequent, and we love the team that works there because they are super friendly, patient, and they take great pride in the craft beverages they create. I highly recommend this Starbucks! Side note: parking lot is especially awkward, but don’t let that ruin your experience because it’s still a 5 out of 5!

This is an excellent Starbucks! Meg, Corey, Wilson, Matt, and the entire team are always very friendly and hustling! They expanded the parking lot which has been incredibly helpful. The best around!

Drive through was crowded but the staffs so efficient line moved fast theure very friendly as well.
I Already liked starbucks this one is my new favorite.
