Brian was our super hero today. We came from MSP on our way to Michigan and our car stopped running. With help from some local people at the McDonalds we got our SUV to Brian’s store. We purchased a battery and he installed that battery with ease and a friendly attitude. Thank you Advance Auto and especially a shout out to Brian.

Service was excellent and very friendly, got me taken care of quickly.

Didn’t get his name, but he went above and beyond helping me replace the bulbs in my brake lite. Great customer service. Will definitely go by there in the future for my automotive needs.

I walked in very unsure of exactly what I needed. Jamie was so kind, considerate and help me with words that were not coming out of my mouth properly. He did not make me feel stupid or unsure. He was beyond helpful and called me when the parts came in right away. I definitely would recommend TOMAH advance Auto in a heartbeat.

Ryan is a legend! We're on a long trip and had some car troubles, and he was able to hook us up and get us back on the road. He saved our lives & our tour! We are very grateful for the Tomah Advance!

Problem with my wiper reservoir..needed a new one..they ordered it for me ..reasonable price..and the help they gave me was invaluable..after all I am a gal. Lol

The staff at Advance Auto Parts is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped test my car's battery (confirming it would need to be replaced after I had to jump start my car that day). Jon replaced my car's old battery and installed a new battery. Because of his quick work and attention to detail I was on the road again very quickly. Honestly if the two girls that work there werent working I would have gotten a refund of the wrong parts ( bought night before) and left. They have superb customer service and I love that the female workers really worked hard to help me find the right bulbs for my vehicle.. they made me feel welcome, unlike the male counterpart the night before.

The employees at Advance Auto Parts were incredible! I was in a pinch when my car broke down hours from where I lived. They went OVER and ABOVE any expectations I had for them. Needed a replacement bulb for my headlight

Broke down while traveling through Tomah. They we great at helping us get the right parts and even brought them to us since we could not drive to their store!! Much more helpful then the Tractor Supply down the road that didn't seem concerned about helping us find the parts we needed while shopping at their store.

This is by far the most top notch parts store I've ever been too. I purchase all my car parts here. I have four completely different vehicles and this store never fails to have what I need.

The customer service at this location is well above industry standards. The employees know cars and know parts. They go out of their way to help you get your vehicles up and running again.

Not long ago I was in the middle of a repair and found out I'd been sold the wrong part by another location. The manager drove out to my house (about 30 miles one way) and delivered the correct part. He also made sure the part would fit before he left.

My favorite store. I don't meet too many car girls. I was getting parts for the mustang. Had to order the pcv hose o line because it wasn't available in store. But I don't even mind 😂

Great guest service checked my alternator which was not working got me one and even offered to give me a ride from the shop to the hotel i had to get for the night... Did not get a name but if he reads this he will know its about him... 5 star

Went in for a quick battery swap. Their rep Jon was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Able to swap the battery and get back on the road quickly.
