McDonald's

Contrary to the negative messages mentioned below, I have to give you a good review today, I recently moved to the city of Two Rivers from Miami after living there for more than 15 years. Miami I have to say that customer service is very different, people there They are not usually friendly and considerate with the customer. Today I went to make an order at McDonald's, they did not have coke slushy available , so they told me that I would have to park my car and they would bring me the order, I was waiting there for around 7 minutes, the guy who took the order to my car apologized for the delay and as a courtesy they gave me a coupon for a free combo meal. I was shocked, I'm not used to this Courtesy towards the customer in Miami. Thanks to the incredible team that works on this McDonald's a great job guys! I had to give you this review because you really deserve it..I appreciate that they value the customer's time.

Drive-thru order after wrestling in TR. EVERYTHING was fresh and HOT and the drive-thru window area and staff were spot on!

Good food, fast service and reasonable prices what's not to like.

An awesome staff! Works hard under pressure. Finished a double fish and fries on a Friday night . The place was crushed with customers. Awesome to see a great shift leader and a full staff cranking out some tasty food. Rare sight these days. Thanks Two Rivers McD's!

They have very excellent customer service I was waiting on my food I used the $6 meal deal on my app for the Deluxe McCrispy Medium Fries and Medium Hi-C Orange I received a Large Fry and a Large Hi-C instead so thank you so much for that you made my night awesome by just doing that. The staff is super friendly and I can talk to them too which I enjoyed I've never visited a McDonald's that does this for customers my experience was the best here

I'm a man of fine dining and fancy living. The quality of the food at this restaurant is what can be expected from a friendly helpful atmosphere. These kids work their butts off to make sure we have full stomachs. I would recommend this particular restaurant as it is near the water and you can enjoy a nice outdoor seating area while you eat.

I love my fish sandwich and my $35.?? Other food. But the place needs to take time to wash afterward. Picking up trash from the floor 🙃 had to be asked to do even that and still didn't . Ask about putting a wet sigh by water on the floor. My granddaughter did move a sigh for it she is only 6 years old. Food was not that warm.

Pulled up on the boat docked right next to it really nice how easily accessible from the water it is

Have not had McDonalds in a while but did today as handy to rv park we are in next door. We had Crispy Chicken and Quarter Pounder meals. Both were hot, tasted good, and service was fast and friendly despite both lanes in use. Will return during stay here, I do like that Crispy Chicken with dill pickles!

Very clean environment. And also Radames is the best manager ever very friendly very kind and funny and most of all very respectful.

The workers did an amazing job with getting our food to us while it was still hot and everyone was very friendly. Keep up the amazing work!!!

New makeover and self checkouts work well together. Love that they incorporated the Lake Michigan topographic wall into the new design. Makes it our hometown McD's.

Call me crazy but this MD was so much friendlier and cleaner and hot! fast! service( sorry Mtw next to DQ ) such high bar standards for food!!! was delish too!!!

Two Rivers is my very favorite McDonald's of all for so many reasons I'd have to write a book so I'll leave it at that.

I haven't had a bad experience at this location. It's right next to the Marina so it's nice to park by the water and share fries with the gulls 🍟

They have hot mustard sauce which is enough to make me rate it 5 stars haha.

best mcdonalds to go to when ramsey is working! one of the hardest working employees ive ever met. its always love when bro working.
