Called Rent a Center after a local store lost all of my appliances that were suppose to be delivered so I could close on my new home. Spoke with Izzy who went above and beyond in helping me out. I needed a stove before the city inspector does an inspection. Izzy found a stove for me made the process quick and easy and actually had the stove delivered the same night. I went into the store after 5 on a Saturday evening and they closed at 6 but Izzy made it all happen! Amazing customer service!!

Izzy and Wince are very helpful and knowledgeable , they both are always willing to help with any issues I have. They both are always welcoming when I come to the store or when I call.They have become very good friends of my family also.Never had an issue with this store since I started renting 10 + years ago. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

This is one of the best areas I like to rent from. Their services are great, and they are very loyal to their customers. Wentz is one of the best manager that is great to run this store. And thank you for all your help and all the great furnitures we got from this company. My experience with this company is above and beyond. My husband and I are returning customers for 6 years. And I would continue to rent from here. We the customer service and we love that you all are always there to help.
