By far the most quality Verizon store I’ve ever been to. The manger Oscar goes out of his way to greet me and make sure all my needs are met. After being lied to by T mobile and completely mislead Oscar came up with a perfect solution and was right to the point on everything he promised. The regular staff of this store go above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful with their service.

I live in a very rural area and it's not often I come to town, or the Verizon store. A few weeks ago my phone broke, I was in town, and stopped by the Verizon store. It was 8:30pm, I went to the door it was locked and realized it was closed. A gentleman inside saw me, my frustration, and let me in. His name was Oscar. He opened the door and asked what he could do to help. He got the process started to file my insurance claim. This was one of my top 10 best customer service experiences ever, and I'm 50 years old. Thak you for not making me drive hours back to the store, thank you for helping get the claim done, and thank you for not thinking twice about giving me a great experience. You are a joy and a keeper!

Always have a pleasant experience in this particular store. Been to many more but these guys are great. As soon I walk into the store I’m being greeted. Especially Oscar! He’s the best!! He’s always fixing all my problems and hooking me up with the best deals! He’s the guy you need to go to if you need anything!! Oscar is a very professional and respectful person. I have never had a problem and I’ve been coming to this store for years.

Oscar is the man to see! He’s so knowledgeable about all the devices in his store! I absolutely love him and will recommend him to anyone that is going through Richfeild. Not only did he upgrade my phone and get me a new watch he was so sweet to my kids! I will make the trip back to Richfeild when I’m ready to upgrade again!

So. i usually dread coming into this store over the past few years because everyone here always feels fake. The short mexican guy whos always there never feels sincere, and his sales/commission breath is just dang disgusting and it always makes me not want to go in.
A week or two ago however (yes I could have wrote this sooner but i am busy.) ICame in and had to have some issues fixd and there was a tall guy with long hair that genuinely made me feel like I wasnt some kind of walking dollar sign like the other people does. I think his name was Steve or Sam or Shane or something like that. But he was FUNNY and positive, and for once didnt make this store feel like a chore. Thank you Sam/Steve/Shane guy. It genuinely helped me that day. I hope this review finds you well <3

We visited Verizon in Richfield and Stephen was exceptional! Friendly and accessible, all questions answered thoroughly and with good humor. This man is upwardly mobile!

Oscar was a pleasure to work with. Very fast and friendly. He listened to all my concerns and handled them with ease.

Nice workers, helpful, willing to take the time to resolve issues and find good options that work for the customer. Willing to try to make good deals, pretty good sales people. Good experience overall. Switched my palm device sim card for me in less than 5 minutes on my other share number, and they thought it was cute too :)

Oscar is the man! He made my experience so easy and painless. I hate getting a new phone because it always takes so long. He had it done in 30 mins. He did a great job and my whole family loves him. He solves any problem we have.

I arrived at the store at 10 minutes before closing. My phone was broken and I needed a new one for my job the next morning. Kaysen was very pleasant and helpful. He did not make me feel rushed. He stayed 45 minutes past closing. My phone was not fixable and I left with a new programmed phone with all my info on it. Thanks.

Dillon with Russell cellular was amazing. My brand new phone didn’t work. I took it in hoping they would help. Dillon spent 2 hours with Verizon techs on the phone to get my phone working. Next time I need a new phone, I am going there!

oscar is really good at his job, very friendly. set me up with the 13 in about a half hour and gives you the best options for what you’re getting. highly recommend asking for oscar if you have any problems with anything associated with an iphone

Your employees have always been very helpful and supportive when ever I come into the store for my endless questions. They are very welcoming and patient with me which I appreciate being that updating to my phone has been a challenge for me to get use to.
