We felt the energy as soon as we walked in. Our server was Fred who, along with all the staff we saw, had a big smile. It feels great to see a team enjoying their work and each other. Congrats guys! Big love ❤

Nice menu choices awesome service. Great food. A bit dirty bathroom but their service was so good I think maybe we can over look the bathroom deal. This place has impossibly great service I've gone twice and the waitresses are so on par. Drinks brought out coffee awesome... Thanks for a great dining experience. BTW the bathrooms should never look that way as women using that bathroom should have had the decency to flush the toilet and put the paper down the toilet. That really was not the restaurants fault. Lack of respect was the issue. Still, the restaurant gets blamed in instances as these because they own them...

My family and I had a great experience today we went there for dinner to celebrate my son's birthday and got great service. the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. the young lady that took our orders did excellent job taking care of us, we will be going there again .

Fine in service was great food was really good,kind of down home .

We got our truck stuck in the mud on a fishing trip that night, do when we got it free we rewarded ourselves with IHOP at midnight. The blueberry pancakes sure do lift Even the most exhausted spirits.

Good was good. Our waitress was nice. Took a bit to get any service. Worth the wait.

Ok so IHOP is always full if customers ,beautiful service why can't they Fix AC unit. It's Humid, Hot and employees are doing their best. Cooking and sweating. Cmon owner/manager get with it and check AC. Make it better for employees They Rock you have a great team!!

The food was solid, the prices are super good, and we had an awesome server who went above and beyond. The restaurant was also clean. Big fan.

Waitress was the nicest lady.

I could not have asked for a better server! Me and my husband just got off work and wanted to get food before going home and Aida was so sweet and made this experience a 10/10! I think me and my husband found our favorite late night dinner spot!

Wonderful experience!! After seeing all the poor reviews , but really wanting some ihop pancakes, we decided to take a chance and eat breakfast. We were there about 7 am on a Tuesday morning.

The restaurant was very clean and the hostess on duty immediately greeted us upon entering. She asked our preference on a booth or table. Before we had even sat down was asking if we would like to start with coffee. The coffee came right away with a pot in the table where we could refill ourselves. The order was taken quickly and brought to the table within ten minutes. The food was delicious and well cooked. The staff was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. We had absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. A wonderful experience!!

We went to have breakfast, we had a party of 4. Jessica was our waitress. She made our visit extremely easy and relaxing. We usually get our order incomplete, incorrect or our waitress is in a hurry making you feel rushed. Not Jessica, she made her job look easy even though we know it is not. Everything we asked for was correct and if we asked for anything extra she immediately went and got it for us. I want the manager to know she made our day start off great!!

This is the 2nd time me and my family have been. Each time they were busy which tells you that people must really enjoy their food. Me and my husband ordered the fisherman's platter which was big enough that we shared it. Was a little disappointed that the batter on the fish was a tad over cooked (dark brown) but the inside was still moist and flaky. Either was it was delicious and we will be returning again.

Dustin the manager is always on point he makes sure the food is always hot and ready and also makes u feel at home definitely coming back THANKS DUSTIN FOR THE HOSPITALITY AT FAMILY RESTAURANT

On a Sunday morning,wanted to go get breakfast before leaving town. Wait time for a table was 15 minutes. The food server got the order correct took good care of us. The food was good.

For those who are gluten-free, I would recommend the omelets, most if not all are gluten-free. They have good options and their hot chocolate is good too. The service here is very good. Our server was very attentive and the area looked clean. We also appreciated that this location is on the main road which is easily accessible.

Michael introduced himself and made us aware that he just started and apologized in advance if he forgot or did something wrong, but also asked for our honest input while serving us... Michael, you did a GREAT job! No doubt about it. Ihop did amazing hiring you on to their team, continue the awesome customer service!

Our server Leroy was polite and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and was awesome: great pancakes, perfect bacon, excellent hash browns, and a killer omelet big enough to feed two people. Breakfast in the afternoon was perfect! The Del Rio IHOP rocks.

Great service and food was good! Family of 6. Could use a bit of cleanup on the inside of restaurant (dirty tables around us), but not bad enough to lower the star level!
