They are wonderful people! They will help you with anything and glad to do it. I’ve bought a Chain Saw and Weed-eater that I’ve had for over 10 years Just have had to get them to fix normal wear on equipment. I also bought a lawnmower a couple of years ago and no issues!! They are truly amazing business!!! Thank you all always!

Absolutely one of my favorite places of any type of store that I've ever been to (not just farm equipment, lawn equipment, etc). There isn't one store around here that is even close. Go get everything you need for lawn and farm equipment here. I've bought several weedeaters here over the years, chainsaw, Branson tractor, bush hog, box blade, oil, filters, etc. Fast and friendly. Awesome people. Godly people. Go here.

Quick respectful service.

They replaced the carb and tuned up my 18 yr old Stihl weed eater all for $100 AND returned with a FULL tank of gas! Never disappointed by the service and genuine down-to-earth folks you deal with. I have 2 other certified Stihl dealers/service shops minutes from home but will gladly drive the 30+ minutes to Cottrell's for their service. Thanks!!

I stopped by to drop off a broken pole saw. I handed it to the gentleman behind the counter and he walked into the backroom. He returned ten to fifteen minutes later with it repaired. Very prompt service.

I'm one of those guys that HATES to pay for someone else to fix something.
Had a problem with my chainsaw to where I just couldn't get it to run right. Decided to give Greg and his guys a shot. What I thought was a simple fix ended up being quite complicated and well above my small engine repair knowledge. Greg and his team didn't just fix it and get the saw running, he thoroughly went over it and fixed everything exactly how and what I would have done. They didn't fix it to make it work, they actually fixed it to run like it should. My 20 year old Stihl is just like it was the day it was sold.
Parts and labor were very reasonable and competitive.
I would absolutely recommend them and will certainly think twice before I decide to fix something myself.
They are a great benefit to Simpsonville and Shelby County.

You will not a better place or people to do business with. The are family owned and know how to treat their customers. it don't matter who you are and what you purchase, they treat you the same. Others dealers in this community should take lessons from the Cottrell's they are the best.

Knowledgeable people and they had an oddball part. Beats Amazon because people in person do better jobs. They're honest, Fair on pricing and in today's market that's priceless!!!

This place is absolutely the best Stihl Dealership I know of. Yes they have the "Elite" status within the Stihl network but in my opinion that is an understatement in itself. They are beyond elite! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable from years of experience in the industry. Very courteous, helpful and they stand behind their products. The inventory of parts and accessories on hand is amazing also. They carry everything needed for Loggers, Arborist and Forestry including climbing gear.
In my opinion they are the best outfit out there.
I hope the folks at Stihl realize how fortunate they are to have these folks represent their product line.
