There is this awesome lady that is always working when I go to this location... ughh I wish I would have asked for her name.. anyways she is amazing, any questions I had she answered them and pointed me in the right direction to find products I was looking for.. I love knowledgeable she is with products. I highly recommend this store. 😁

Pues yo siempre he ido aquí y la señorita que me atendía siempre me informaba que si tenía mi membresía al corriente que si me podía ayudar que se me ofrecía y bien atenta pero últimamente que fui el servicio fue desastroso Juli me desepcione mucho del trato que me hicieron

I called at 7:00pm to get their hours of operation because I needed a hair treatment. When I arrived at the store, the cashier stated they were close. Their automated system said they closed at 8:00. So much for that....please update your automated system. It's misleading.

Salesperson wrongly accused me of shoplifting, I showed her my purse and even though she saw I had nothing in it she didn't say sorry. This makes me so sad because it was my favourite shop and the closest to my house but now I guess I will buy my things online.

super high prices for really bad products . Sallys is running out of business and should just close all locations down.

The service was so bad and they where so rude when you ask for help , plus when you were in the halls standing looking for what you’re going to get they started sweeping several times it makes the shopping so uncomfortable

Me siento tan decepcionada era un lugar que me encantaba . Pero el otro día fui a comprar un producto para despintar el pelo yo sabía cual me convenía pero una muchacha que trabaja ahí me recomiendo un producto que había llegado & no me dañaría mucho el pelo pues page mas de 70$ porque también mi mamá lo necesitaba y llego a mi casa lo hago y el pelo me queda igual inmediatamente ablo al lugar y me dicen que vaya cuando esté la muchacha trabajando para que me cambien de producto pero lo que mejor quiero es mi dinero no me boi a arriesgar a lo tonto otra vez . .

Peor servicio al cliente!, No quieren vender, no son honestos para infórmate sobre la membresía de la tarjeta de la tienda No les recomiendo este lugar para nada👎👎👎
