The guys here are amazing . Great customer service ! Originally went to Lockport t mobile and didn’t like the way they responded to customers , came here and had a way better experience. Switched from AT&T and they really sure we were taken care of . Kids are happy with their phones as well!! Definitely recommend this location!

Love the friendly knowledgeable staff. Great deals, unfortunately the Internet they have is still in it's early stages... Which means a lot of issues. Otherwise a good experience

Went to T-Mobil with some phone issues. I am not very tech savvy. Jonathan helped this 68 year old navigate through the issues & CORRECT the problems that I was having. Again this morning he was VERY helpful with my last question. His knowledge, professionalism and kindness were GREATLY appreciated !!! I wish that there were MORE Jonathans in this world. It was a real pleasure getting his help !! Thank you for EVERYTHING Jonathan. You are a true customer service representative !!!

Fantastic staff and Jeff stayed after to help me post closing hours because I waited 30 minutes in line. The was moved quickly but they were just very busy for that day.

We have been loyal Verizon customers for MANY years. When starting a business, we contacted them and they were no help so we decided it might be time to look into someone new. After a lot of research, we decided on T-Mobile. After reaching out to the store closest to us, we were left with a bad taste but decided to call the next nearest and SUPER happy that we did. Julius was amazing from the phone call to the visit to the store! We were there for two hours (my fault because I had the beta software in my old iPhone) getting everything switched over and he was helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Julius and this store to anyone looking for service!! Thank you!

Isaac was a true gem as he helped me through the process of a replacement cellphone! He guided me through checking my texts, photos, email, apps, contacts, etc. All questions I asked, he answered & even showed me what to do on my new cellphone, when warranted. It was a great learning experience for me & I appreciate his knowledge and friendly, helpful skills!

I was going to buy the new iPhone, but the manager hypnotized me with his jedi mind tricks and I walked out with a Samsung Galaxy, tablet, and watch for $10 more than what I'm paying now. I call that a win.

From the second I walked into the NT T-Mobile, Brent & David were AWESOME!! Brent really went above and beyond to help figure out the best options for my circumstances. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. But most of all he was extremely patient. (even though I took up most of his afternoon). He answered every question & addressed every concern I had until I was comfortable with my decisions. He even offered solutions & incentives to help make those decisions easier. I was Very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to everyone.

I went in a bit ago to switch over my carrier because verizon was so expensive in my opinion, luckily i stopped into tmobile and the one worker gerald listened to me complain about verizon and gave me all the solutions i needed! he opened an account for me very quickly and i was even able to get the iphone 13 pro for a very good price with the information he gave about promotions and deals. Very communicative and efficient, i understood everything he was doing and he had me on my way in no time.
Definitely recommend!!

After years with a different carrier, l moved and decided to look into a new plan with T Mobile. I was immediately greeted and was shown a model that suited my needs. Julius was patient, calm and efficiently took care of the transition. I have been extremely pleased and had to visit a because my phone did not work correctly. It turned out not to be an issue with the phone but the cell tower nearby. Thank you Julius and Alex, you were so patient in helping me with my issue!

Went in for a upgrade and got way more then expected.. Derek went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new purchase and he is very knowledgeable. My experience with Tony at Metro has been awesome! Very professional and takes good care of his customers. Helped me pick out two phones that I'm very pleased with and even threw in a few extras. It's very obvious he cares about who walks thru that door and makes sure you are satisfied. Will most definitely buy future phones here again.
Also wanted to give props to his manager Derek who was very polite and professional as well.

The service is so much better than sprint. They took great care of me and helped me save $50 monthly on my bill. They also give away free stuff every Tuesday for being a customer !! That's awesome!!! I'm much happier with T-mobile. Highly recommended :)

Julius (& the rest of staff) is always extremely helpful and honest with us. He takes the time to explain plans, phones, etc and you never feel like you're being rushed out the door when he takes care of you. We appreciate that honesty when it comes to any business but especially a cell phone carrier.

Been going to this store for the last 6 months or so, and always have had a great experience. Have had to upgrade a few phones on our account and Julius has always gone above and beyond with helping us. He is very knowledgeable and provides great advice. We highly recommend coming to this store.

I have an adult disabled son who has his own Metro account. He broke his phone, discarded it, bought a new phone, and I was charged with the task of adding the new phone to the account. My son did not recall his PIN #, I locked the account out on a customer service call...then I went to the NT location for help. Derek went ABOVE and BEYOND, and got me access. I would highly recommend this location. One happy parent, and an ecstatic customer resulted from my visit!

Just got a computer error texted and T-Mobile does not know how to fix it at the store level

Had an issue with my internet service and Jordan was incredibly helpful. He was attentive and went as far as to help me get into another account I was locked out of to show him something. This will be the only TMobile store I ever go into because of that customer service. 🙂

At another location my boyfriend was duped into opening a whole new account instead of upgrading his and our daughters phones. It has been a running problem trying to figure out passwords for all or our credit cards and banks .. I've been to this location 3 times and each time they were nice, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. We have had to switch our phones around to recover the password info and it's happened seamlessly Everytime!! Thank you guys so much!!
