Sames service department didn’t disappoint me. Although I didn’t not buy my vehicle from their location when I couldn’t find any availability they didn’t hesitate to step in and assist me. From the moment I called until the day they called me to pickup my vehicle I received nothing less than kindness and professionalism. J.R. took my car in on a Saturday and set an expectation of having it diagnosed no later than the following Monday. (Btw- all the Austin Dodge locations had a 5-6 day diagnosis wait time). And the expectation was met. On Monday morning I received a call from Andrew the Service Director with my diagnosis. Andrew could tell that I was overwhelmed with what he was informing me of but, he remained patient and kind. I had issues with the warranty company and out of frustration I called and spoke to Andrew and told him let’s just fix it and I’ll pay out of pocket. He kindly said ma’am if it’s okay with you let’s wait on the warranty people a few more days instead of you paying out $5,700.00 at one time. Needless to say the warranty company was crappy but Andrew and his team stayed the same from the moment I called. I now have a new car dealership to call home. If I could give them 10 stars I would. #beepbeep Sames is the best!

I was in today for an oil change and as always Jr and John took good care of me. I was looking at the truck in the showroom and Adam the sales manager gave me a free market appraisal on my car and showed me what it would cost to upgrade to the pickup truck. There was never any pressure from him or the salesman Kyle. The new management staff is definitely more hands on and down to earth trying to make you an honest deal. I will definitely stop here first when I am buying my next vehicle.

The service representative John always understands the needs of my vehicle. And the mechanics ensure that the work is done in a timely manner. I've been going to this dealership for my Grand Cherokee for years and it's the only one I trust to actually fix the problem I have. Never had any issues here, will continue to take my vehicle for many more years to come.

Every thing was great and really friendly. Only issue I had is like every dealership was the wait of almost 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and they did have to do a recall on tailgate latch. I know it was done as fast as possible but everyone knows how it is to wait in a lobby. Honestly this is a very friendly place and will continue to go back for any service I need done. Andrew the service guy is great and shoots you straight on what will be done and the price was what he said it was which is eally nice when a lot of places tend to just give you an around about price and then it's way more. Appreciate these guys for always doing what they say.

I've been a repeat customer for years now, and I'm always happy with the services I receive. They have a very friendly knowledgeable service staff that always takes care of me when go in. I take all of my vehicles there for maintenance services and any needed repairs. I highly recommend them.

Took my Ram Ecodiesel to Sames to diagnose an issue that came up after another Dodge dealership took care of a recall for the EGR cooler and other minor recalls. I was told in addition to the recall items i needed a water pump for $3500 dollars. The truck had never leaked coolant so i declined the water pump. After getting the truck home i did have a coolant leak where there wasn't one before. I took the truck to Sames to find out what the problem was and it turned out to be a coolant bypass hose that was probably damaged when the first dealership replaced the EGR cooler. Sames was honest and could have charged me 700 dollars to fix the issue but through my extended warranty found out that part would be covered . I would definitely recommend Sames to everyone and they definitely have my future business. It's too bad that a few bad dealerships give the good ones a bad reputation. Thanks to everyone at Sames Service department!!

Sames came through again in a big way. My 2016 Ecodiesel needed a new engine and warranty would not cover the total cost of a new replacement. Sames stepped up and ate the difference and got me on the road again. They went above and beyond what was required by the dealership and that is not something everyone would do. They have more than earned my future business. Thanks again to the service department and Sames !!

JR and Andrew always get the job done, and 90% of the time are accurate in quoting a pick-up time. Theyve worked with me thru recalls and extended warranty claims, and always straighten up my issues and concerns. Thanks guys, to yall and your crew of techs and mechanics. Its a shop like this that keeps me in a RAM!!!
