Hertz Car Rental - Foley - Highway 59 HLE

Destiny and Keith have been so cool to go above and beyond to help me with my process of renting a car. For as long as i come thru here or around I'll make sure to always book with them. Thank you both!!!

I’m glad we got here before 8am because I had to hear the lady call and tell 3 people they didn’t have a car for them. The car we got was a new model with low miles and we were satisfied.

The girls in the office and the guy outside this Monday were working their tails off too take care of all of us customers. I am very please w my experience. I will always use Hertz .

Employees have always been very nice and courteous. Hertz company could improve on some of their policies in reference to credit cards to debit cards. Of course this store has no control over Hertz policy so I don't hold it against them.

Fantastic customer service. I hade made a mistake on my original reservation and they fixed it right up and had me on my way. Also. Had a pleasant conversation with the rental agent. Will definitely use Hertz again!

DUE TO ME CURB JUMPING OUR TRUCK AND HAVING IT IN THE SHOP WE NEEDED A RENTAL CAR AND MY HUSBAND USES HERTZ EVERYWHERE HE GOES FOR WORK AND HE RENTED THE CAR WITH OUT ME BEING THRERE BECAUSE HE HAD TO LEAVE ON BUSINESS TODAY ..... ANY WAY THEY NEEDED MY DL INFO TO ADD ME ON THE INSURANCE! WELL WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS UPSET THINKING MY HUSBAND DONE MESSED UP AND THE AMAZING MANAGER (DIDN'T GET HER NAME) ASSURED ME IT WAS OK AND COUPLE PHONE CALLS LATER SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON AND JUST HANDLED MY FRITZ ! THANK YOU AGAIN MAAM YOU DESERVE A RAISE AND THEN SOME !

I made a reservation a little over a month in advance and no issues when I went to pick my vehicle up. They were friendly and I didn’t have to wait around. When I went to return the vehicle, the same guy checked me out and I had no problems. I left my iPhone in the vehicle and didn’t realize it until after I ate lunch and got home. I was worried to death they didn’t see it and May rent the vehicle out and someone would take my phone but as I was walking in the door I saw a guy bringing it out to the front and leaving it at the desk. So, not only was my experience fast and friendly but they were honest and it’s hard to find that in today’s world. I will absolutely use them again!

always rent online a week before! This location has a very limited number of cars. They still didn't have the car I had rented but gave me a great upgrade. They need more cars at this location

Great cars and service! Let's just say You don't have to jump through hoops just to rent a car like u have to with Enterprise. James had me in and out in 5 min he was very friendly. The two cars I rented were very nice and clean. Didn't have any issues during our trip. Definitely plan on coming back!

Great so far. They told me i had to pay $50 deposit, but the other insurance company is paying for the rental. Really didn't feel that i should. Anyway, great new car was given for my rental. That is nice.

We rented a car at the Pensacola airport and returned it to the Foley location. It was an easy return process. The gentleman helped the process go quickly during the busy 4th of July weekend.

I needed a car becuse Enterprise lost my reservation. Hertz delivered. I litterly was stranded and needed a car at the last minute no thanks to Enterprise. Again Hertz delivered!

Great employees every time I rent. The car I reserved on 2 occasions was not available and I was upgraded at no cost to very nice cars. Very fast service and easy to reserve online.
