I attended Functional Fitness while we were on vacation in Gulf Shores . The classes with Hayden and Hanna were phenomenal. They both truly care about helping you achieve your goals and being safe while working out. The classes are great for all levels of fitness. I felt very welcomed and got a lot out of my time there.

I’ve trained with Hayden for 8 years!! I believe Hayden ‘s goal has always been to help me be the best I can be. He is focused not only helping me build and maintain strength, but also with flexibility and balance.

Functional Fitness is a great new gym with a unique and a little different approach to the other gyms I’ve been in. The trainers are great at coaching you in a safe and effective manner to keep you strong and injury free. The drop in class was awesome on Saturday and it really had me sweating and feeling accomplished for finishing a hard workout. I will definitely be going back!
