Lots of equipment. Tanning. Sauna.

Buy a shirt if you are in the area. Shirts are cut well and makes your arms look huge

This gym is well-equipped, clean and friendly. The daily use fee is in line with other gyms. The combination of free weights, Hammer Strength machines and cardio equipment makes this gym very appropriate for someone serious about working out. Highly recommend!!

This is exactly the gym I have been looking for since I bought a place down here for vacation! Once you meet Ms. Chrissy, you’ll feel right at home, she makes everyone feel welcome while making sure the gym is in pristine condition. She’s also very knowledgeable and can help in many ways!

This gym is a must if you’re traveling in the area. On a family vacation from Michigan about a month ago and still miss this gym, the members, and the owners who are super friendly and inviting. Very clean and has plenty of the right equipment to meet your needs. This gym didn’t make me miss my gym which happens when I travel. Also, the shirts are pretty damn good as well. So don’t be cheap, buy some shirts and support a great independently owned gym.

This place is exactly what I need to keep me on track during those beach weekend getaways. It's well organized and the atmosphere is welcoming, but laid back. Just how I like it! Also, every gym should have a Chrissy!

Fitness Factory is an excellent gym located right here in Gulf Shores! It is so easy to get too, and close to everything. We are so thankful to have a clean, family-owned, and up to date gym around here to go too! They also have daily passes so if it's a rainy day, you gotta go!

Such a great gym! The owner and staff are so nice, welcoming, and helpful. This gym if full of amazing equipment and friendly people. It has everything you need and more! I have a second home in gulf shores so I visit quite often. I will definitely be coming to Fitness Factory every time I am here and cannot wait to be back!

While on vacation I had the opportunity to visit Fitness Factory in the Gulf Shore, Alabama for the week. The owner, staff, and patrons were extremely pleasant. Cost for the week was not only reasonable, for a flat fee, you had 24 hours access. The gym was maintain, i.e., clean, good equipment, etc... If you are every in the area and looking for a gym, stop by Fitness Factory.

HANDS DOWN one of the best gyms we've been able to attend while traveling!!! True hole-in-the-wall power gym! Not huge, and therefore not overrun by people only wanting to show up and chat while blocking the equipment. Not sure who the guy was at the counter (big guy with glasses), but he was super hospitable. We go to a lot of lifetime fitness gyms...this guy has officially made them all look terrible in the customer service area! Gym has a tanning, posing mirrors, lots of free weights, and even a cross fit area upstairs. If you're looking for a pretty, country club environment, this is not your place. Trying to hit actual fitness goals? 10/10! Please like if this review is helpful!

Came down to Gulf Shores for a vacation with my family and was lucky enough to find Fitness Factory! Mike and Miranda the new owners are amazing! They were very welcoming and are creating a great space for anyone looking to improve their fitness or become a better version of themselves. Whether you are coming down for a few days or live here, I highly recommend Fitness Factory to anyone looking for a gym!

Love visiting this gym every time I am in the area! Great atmosphere with super friendly staff and members!! All levels of fitness and if you bodybuild you will feel at home! If you are looking for somewhere to get a workout in or become a member, I highly recommend this gym!!

We were in town for the week on vacation. We found this gym with short-term memberships. It can be very intimidating going in to a new gym with people you don’t know. The owners and trainers simply made that untrue for Fitness Factory. They were incredibly kind and encouraging. My daughter and her friend even said they would move here just for the gym. Our entire family highly recommends this gym.

Amazing little free weight gym that has everything you need to keep your workouts on tract while on vacation!! Awesome owner and staff keep the place warm and welcoming! Everything that I needed was available and the team was happy and willing to assist with any needs! Very cool and clean environment would recommend to anyone who is prepping for a show or just a wants awesome place to workout!!

This place was very welcoming and comfortable to new people in its gym! It is a small but solid gym for those looking to really workout and not stand around! The owner was running the front desk and made sure we had everything we needed while being very friendly and kind! We visited it all 3 days of our vacation and will go back when in the area! Would recommend this gym to any person needing a gym while out of town!

My boyfriend and I were on vacation and decided to go check out this gym. We were pleased. The owner Nelson was very nice and friendly. It was nice kept and the atmosphere was good. The temperature in the gym was perfect! Not too hot nor too cold. Met our expectations and we will be back.

Great bodybuilding gym. The weights are heavy. The music is good. Very uplifting atmosphere and culture. Everyone is friendly and courteous and safety is top of mind. This is not a fufu gym. People are in here getting better, putting work in. I’ll be back for sure on the next vacation trip.

This gym was a wonderful surprise. I was in Gulf Shores on vacation for a week and was delighted to find a gym comparable to my gym at home. There was a wide range of equipment that was obviously chosen for its functionality and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Visiting members can also get 24/7 access, making gym trips very convenient. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in the area.

Awesome old iron vibes here!! Tons of classic Hammer Strength equipment in mint condition, clean facilities and awesome front desk service!
We got a day pass and trained here while on vacation; the owner came in after staff hours to sign us up and I was super thankful as I’m 10 weeks out from my first show and needed to get a good workout in!!
We will be back for sure!!
