This store has always been top notch. Shawn helped my daughter pick a new phone, case and protector, got it updated and swapped hassle free. The location makes it easy to browse other stores while you wait which is also very nice.

This is my go to T-Mobile store in Morris county due to the employees here. The T-Mobile team acknowledges me every time I walk in and let me know they will be with me soon, never waited longer than 5 mins. Each sales person I have worked with has been patient and helpful. I am extremely grateful to Dan and I think the other man's name was Carlos (apologies for not getting your name) They made getting my son a new phone easy and I really appreciate their help.

Bravo to the employees of this store! Courteous, patient and efficient. Friendly staff and professional. Helpful and easy to communicate my issues. I'm 21 years a Tmobile customer and it's the service I experience from this store's staff that keep me a customer. Shout out to Bryan, Ivan and Shawn. Thanks!

I`d like to make it clear that it was my first time in that store and I did not know any of the associates ! There were 4 working that day. Each one was very knowledgeable and were very helpful to there customers as individuals and each also worked well as a team effort and would assist each other as needed. Sabastian and David went well above and beyond to get me out on that day. I was in the store for awhile due to things beyond them so I also witnessed Sean and Michelle handle their customers very well. All professionals and a great team !

Has a bad experience with optimum wifi and going almost 2 weeks without wifi, finally they were supposed to come today. They cancelled agin…I got surgery today and will be home for2 weeks , i called T-Mobile and they had us with the rougher and wifi up and running in under an hour. Honestly amazing Thank you!!

I love this place. Best service and the employees are very knowledgeable. I went in to get my mom a new phone because her current one seems to be dying. The manager graciously helped us arrange for her phone to be delivered to our home as well as answered my questions in regards to smart watches ultimately setting me up with being able to get one of the new Galaxy classic 4 to be delivered to my home once they're released

I have to edit my previous review to add another positive one, Nicole is a great asset to this location and the company. I revisited this store again yesterday and she was pleasant to work with, helpful and followed through on every aspect of my switch to another device. Thankyou!
I needed all 3 of my lines switched from another carrier to t-mobile. Sebastián took care of everything in the Flanders store. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and didn't cut any corners to push me out of there like verizon does. He took his time and did everything right! Thankyou Sebastián!

Such a great T-Mobile staff! They constantly fix my issues I've had at the Hackettstown store which isn't a corporate store. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. Actually help with issues not just try to sell you on an upgrade. As a long time customer I really really appreciate it and wish I payed attention to the names of the two guys who were working 1/23 around 330. Super helpful!

Great group of people at this store. Very helpful. They actually came to my home to confirm that service would be good before switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. The service has been great. Data speeds are faster than verizon. Happy made the switch.

We have been having issues with service on one of our 5 lines for a few months. After numerous calls with tech support and apple, Brandon at the Flanders T-Mobile store was able to help us resolve our issue! Yay Brandon. Thank you for your help and professionalism. Went in to swap out sim card and left with great information regarding T-Mobile services that cut down my monthly bills. Definitely coming back.
