They were wonderful. Prompt, knowledgeable, gave clear and easy to understand instructions. Made sure I knew how to run everything before they left. Made sure I didn't have any other questions and left me with a phone number to get a hold of them if I did have a question. Porter was great. He was kind and on time.

The problem was that we were told to expect the delivery of oxygen between 6 and 6:30 pm. They sent us home from the hospital at 4 pm with three hours of oxygen in a tank driver got lost trying to find us and didn’t arrive until 9:30 pm. Oxygen ran out way before then the first concentrator he brought in was defective and wouldn’t run right. Luckily there was another one which did work. Also he gave us a sign which warns of oxygen in use—no open flames. I pointed out to him that we heat with a wood stove and cook with propane and have two supplental heaters, both propane flames. He said we should just keep the concentrator eight feet away from all the flames. This is a tiny cabin!

I purchased a power lift chair from Alpine home medical in Richfield, Utah for my aunt who was on hospice services. Shauna night was absolutely over the top 10 out of 10 customer service told me every chair how they worked what they would provide very kind knows her stuff worked out payment over the phone by the time I got my aunt here from Idaho Jaylynn had it set up in my house ready to go for my aunt to be comfortable and we have enjoyed this chair 100% !! We then had a manufacture glitch in the chair and contacted Jaylynn and Shauna both of which got right to work with it and ordered me a brand new chair Alpine home medical is definitely the place to be for all your DME needs. These two gals need a raise. Thank you so much for making such a trying time in my life so much easier your kindness did not go unnoticed.
