This was a year-long process to purchase a new car. We first stopped at Gjoviks and talked to a salesman who was not at all serious or interested in what we wanted. His attitude was not professional. In fact we thought he could be drunk.
We then went on to Heller Ford, but Ford didn't have what we wanted. We were happy with the salesman's efforts.
Several months passed, and while our car was being serviced (at Gjoviks), we again approached the sales floor. Jennessa invited us to visit, and we began the search for a 2023 Explorer. Jennessa placed an order for a 2023 new Explorer in early June. It arrived in early Sept 2023. Unfortunatly, it was not built as ordered. Thus, a new Explorer was reordered, now to be a 2024.
We have had the 2024 Explorer for under one week and are happy with the vehicle, but even more pleased with our sales representative Jennessa. She is professional, very knowlegable, and cares about her customer. She is somebody to be valued by Gjovicks - truly an asset to the sales team.
