Greg is stellar at what he does. He has built many custom boxes for me and shipped many items for my small business seamlessly. He offers very fair pricing and is always kind and genuine. I go out of my way to come here from Austin b/c he's just that good!

I had extremely important blood samples I needed to ship internationally to Germany for a test within 48 hours. Greg was incredibly professional and everything went perfectly with the shipment.

It's Christmas time and it was only a little crowded as they got people in/out SUPER FAST. There was never a "long line" or anything. I cant believe their speed !!... and had 15 things going on and Greg and his co-worker (Very pretty Hispanic lady) was kind / patient and very polite nice!!! I really think Greg and crew are really Angels sent to help us all ! GOD BLESS Greg, his family and his staff! Just as Joanne had mentioned below in a different review, we need to bring him and his staff some breakfast tacos or lunch or SOMETHING for helping us out of a jam time and time again ! LOVE these people !! ....and he exudes LOVE to his customers even more !

Greg and his team are amazing. In the world of constant home delivery and the need to return items from time to time I have no idea what we would do without him. Once you establish an account with him, you never really need to think twice about the best way to send something. (I'm even more thoughtful about sending stuff to my girls in college because Greg makes it so easy)

I went in today to drop off a last second package, and Greg was freaking amazing. He knows what he's talking about, and clearly cares about his clients! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

The customer service here is top notch! Unlike other shipping places I've been to, Greg is up for ANY shipping tasks you throw at him. Anything from mailing a letter to shipping a dining room table, or in my case a rear-end for a car, Greg will get you taken care of! I wish every business could provide the same level of customer service that Greg provides.

If you care about what you are shipping, you need to ship with Austin mail Express!!! I know few business owners that take as much pride in their work as the owner Greg does. His packaging solutions are second to none and I have always found his prices more than reasonable. I ship very high dollar value collectibles and if he packed, I have not a care in the world. I also trust him with my merchandise and have no problem leaving him my goods and an address and I know they will arrive perfectly in tact. Austin Mail Express is truly an asset to my business.

This is the BEST place to ship anything. It's 20ish min away from me and I will definitely be going here anytime I need to ship something - it's that great. The place feels relaxed and incredibly local, such a nice break from places now a days, they really care about the customer. I had FANTASTIC customer service the entire time - I had a few different things to ship out and they helped with each item quickly and even helped me to print out another thing I needed unrelated to my shipping stuff.
It was no joke the best shipping experience I've had I can't recommend this place enough.

When our package that was addressed to Austin Mail Express was delivered elsewhere, Greg worked with the USPS driver to locate the missing package. He did all of this within a couple days so my son could have this package before going out of town. Thanks, Greg!!!

We ship large, high-end custom furniture across the country. Greg sees that it arrives intact, even when a 1000lb table is dropped off the back of a truck. (Yes, this happened. Yes, the table made it through just fine.) Plus he's just a decent guy.

Greg always treats me like a super start when I walk in. Last time I was in, I was in a hurry and he was finishing up packinging up the last customers order. I left my stuff on the desk with the address got an, he boxed it up, shipped it and emailed me the next week with an invoice after it had already arrived at it's destination.

I live quite a ways from a US Post Office. Even though I have to cross Mopac to get to Austin Mail Express, it is very conveniently located at Mopac and Slaughter. I started going there to drop off packages that I had already put postage on. These items would not fit in the outgoing mail slots of my mailbox. I think it is an excellent service to allow people to drop off packages that USPS will pick up there. Occasionally, I will need to send a package that requires special packaging or something unusual. Greg Weithoner always has a smile on his face and is always helpful. He proves excellent service and always offers several options (and prices) for sending my stuff. He has my info on file, so printing postage and address labels is quick and easy. If you need to mail or ship something, I highly recommend Austin Mail Express.

Absolutely no lie: the owner of this location practices customer service in ways I've never seen before. He knows my kids and my wife and makes it a point to remember them all.
My seven yeard old son goes in to drop off packages and the owner recognizes him, has conversations with him and asks how his sister is doing. My son literally gets upset if my wife drops off a package when he is at school because he wants to do it for her. Hands down the best customer service experience.
