Nice stop! You can have a picnic here since they have table and benches. This park have a boat launch area. Perfect for a rest stop but the bathrooms are closed when we stopped by.The toll on the bridge is $2 cash.

$2 to cross, narrow. Friendly people, great view, narrow bridge. Was going to pay with quarters, glad we didn’t after reading the other comments

One of Americas Last Private Toll Bridges! The Team that runs it , Veterans and family are friendly and hilarious. The view is beautiful any time of day but gorgeous in the morning. We paid $20 for a Big Book of tickets. It cost $1 to cross the bridge and you must pay the troll! Cash Cash Cash! The booklet is best way to go if your gonna cross a bunch so you always have the tickets in your truck/car, cuz I don't always have cash. I'll try to get some more shots next time. We love crossing this way!

Quaint way to travel toward Easton PA from NJ! Get your cash ready. This little bridge doesn't have EZPASS.😁

Love the toll attendances. Amazing dingman ferry bridge 🌉. I seen a gigantic snapping turtle 🐢 near the boat launch sticking it's huge head out of the water . It was enormous.

August 2023. Super friendly and professional toll cashiers. They were helpful. It was my first time crossing the bridge in order to go visit relatives.

This historical landmark and the staff running it is such an asset to the region. Despite being the only crossing for a 30-mile stretch, they keep the toll very affordable, and the staff are heroes (not kidding, one of them literally jumped into the river to rescue a person). Please take it slow across the bridge and enjoy the views.

Cute little bridge. $1 toll. Worth the price for the scenic view. Can’t imagine crossing it daily but nice to pass over! :)

Loved the old bridge & the history I read online prior to going over it. It cost $2, up from the $1 they charged forever. Its a historic bridge, which is why we went over it. It also puts you close to a number of sightseeing places after crossing into Pa from N.J.

I use this bridge to cross back into Pennsylvania after visiting family in Morris County to avoid paying $3.00 Toll. Beautiful bridge with an interesting history. Toll collectors are friendly and never had a problem. Just make sure you cross the bridge carefully, it is narrow.

Are you sick and tired of metal bridges? Then this wooden charmer is for you! Only costs 2$ and Virgil the attendant was friendly and kind. Unique historic experience and stunning views.

Very cool old wooded deck bridge. Very narrow no big trucks or busses. Toll collector stands outside in the middle of the 2 lanes.

This bridge gives you the old-fashioned, classic feel, no EZ Pass, pure cash. One dollar to cross. The employees working there are friendly and patient (even if digging for last minute money). After crossing into PA, the man collecting the toll money let us know about road work ahead and to be careful.

I actually have been going over this bridge since I was 2 years old. Not much has changed in 47 years except that for a while now the toll is collected 24/7. The toll collectors are generally nice and friendly. The toll fee hasn't gone up in years. The actual reason I was here was that I was manning the coin toss that my volunteer fire company ( Delaware Township Volunteer Fire Company) was holding Labor day weekend. One thing don't try to cross this bridge with anything too large, you won't fit and you will have to turn around.

This is a beautiful, historical, & very fun little bridge!!! BEWARE: $1.00 toll heading into New Jersey. The bridge is very narrow and due to the wood planks you drive across may seem like it is going to fall apart... but it won't!

A fun and narrow wooden bridge that provides beautiful views of the Delaware River / the surrounding hills. This bridge is tolled in both directions and is cash only, FYI. The roads leading to the bridge, especially on the NJ side, are also beautiful and provide great access to hiking trails.

Love that this bridge is still privately owned and a great history! Probably one the best maintained bridges in the country as it is diligently shut down for a few days once a year for maintenance repairs. So many friendly faces who collect the tolls!!
