Bing,Karla,Kaley,and miller were awesome. The customer service in this place is exceptional. Went in today with my boyfriend to look for work shoes for him, and wound up with a gorgeous skirt outfit for myself and belt to match. Tried on lots of things and they made the suggestions that got me that perfect outfit. Just lovely people. Tank you all so much for your efforts. And Jacks shoes are awesome too.

So happy we finally have one in our area!! We walked in today and were pleasantly greeted by the aroma of leather. Soon after we were greeted by the most polite young women who helped us throughout our shopping. We are looking very forward to spending tons of money at the new location.

From management to store clerk they always help with kindness. From tracking down lost orders to helping us track down a vest in the right size across the different locations. Stopped in for a pair of boots and a shirt for a upcoming ski trip to Aspen Colorado .I was amazed at the store, they had a selection better than most high end stores in Aspen and Steamboat Springs . Sales help was fantastic and up on all the boots and clothes. I am still amazed how this store in Auburndale matches up to the high end stores in Colorado ski country .I will be back.thanks for having such a great store .
