Enjoyed the service, staff is always ready to help and the staff brings the games vibe so alive. Great place if your trying to get a new game for cheap price. Wouldn't recommend trying to sell your old games. But their warranty services for games are cheap and well worth.

Parker and JP in the Auburndale store are awesome down to earth respectful they are both very knowledgeable their customer service attitude is amazing i will now only shop at this gamestop for now on and the store is clean and well organized unlike other stores i have been in they are very dirty and very unorganized so i wish i had more stars not only for Parker and JP but also for the store it self i give it all 10 stars and i wish yall the happiest holidays Merry Christmas and Happy New year

Sometimes they talk too much while checking people out but I have a feeling it's sales pressure from corporate. They are knowledgeable though and friendly.
