Lance was a big help with helping my husband setup his phone and recovered all his phone. He was very patient with both of us, we’re not super Tech Savvy. The whole store is amazing, professional and we love our experience there. Thanks Lance and the crew from yesterday we love your service.

I saw Josh this past Friday in emergency when my phone had completely died. Josh was very patient, helpful and searched all the best options to make sure I was able to get what I needed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was he helpful at the store, but followed up with me by text message 3 days later to ensure everything is still working.

Ryan Wiggins was very helpful, attentive and had an amazingly patient attitude and persona. He wasn't afraid to ask for help when he was uncertain of how to move forward and he was willing to learn. Joseph stepped in, guided him with ease and assisted with troubleshooting when necessary. Although the process took longer than expected (3hrs-I had way too much stuff to transfer from one phone to the next and the activation process for my new S24 ultra wasn't quite cookie cutter) Ryan was reassuring every step of the way. He did his best to upsell and offered me supplementary products for my new phone. Although I'm not a fan of being pitched to (I totally get that it's part of his job) Ryan smoothly overcame my objections with confidence and had me thinking about getting a watch that I don't need! He is amazing at customer service and made that long and grueling process much more tolerable. I'm pleased with the service I received and this new fancy phone. Thanks Ryan and keep up the great work!!!

I went to Verizon in Live Oak and purchased a S24 and tablet on Monday. I got home and there was absolutely no service. I called customer service and they directed me to go back to the store. I was LIVID to say the least. I called this morning and spoke with Jacob he listened and attempted to help. I was told that I needed to come in. I came in and was assisted by Rance. He was attentive, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. He made no excuses and apologized for the inconvenience. Rance is absolutely the embodiment of stellar customer service. He even found the time to plug in cameos of some accessories that would enhance my new device. Rance you have a new customer. Great job Verizon Rance and Jacob are genuine assets.

I’ve been having issues with my tablet, key board and even knew exactly how to fix it. Then he showed then he showed me how to fix it. If it ever happens again. He access my account confirmed. My address inquired about my home Internet service. He informed me I could save if I switch to Verizon wireless. Considering the change with better half.
Everybody was friendly and helpful in this location was well staffed. Thank you very much Verizon.

I am a simple person, I usually get a simple basic phone, I made a phone call to Jaycob Cantrell
I need a new phone, mine crashed, he stayed in touch with me, let me ask as many questions I wanted. He was very patient and understanding. With his customer service I walked away with a Galaxy S24 Ultra and a tablet. Honestly my monthly payment, really didn't go up that much. Very grateful for your hard work and customer service, it's nice there's nice people that goes the extra mile

I bought a tablet and phone last week from a salesman and got a great deal. I wasn't able to setup the tablet but when I went back Lance Liverman assisted me. Great guy and made it easy for me to understand. He even helped me setup my Netflix account and e planned and made t GG ings easy. Commendable young man and very respectful. Values are being lost nowadays but Lance holds those values.

So today my husband and I went into the Verizon store to get him a new iPhone since he’s been putting off upgrading his iPhone 8. Evan made it a smooth sailing process and we were in and out in under 45 minutes. Thank you Evan and the team at Verizon for making this a seamless process!

Brett Warner & Devin McDonald are the best they made sure they got my phone right even though have of my screen was working.they didn’t give up with getting all my stuff transferred to my other phone

Brandon Wells was straightforward and super helpful in advising my fiancé and I of all the pros & cons of adding lines and upgrading devices. We walked away with 2 new phones (a Samsung and iPhone 15 Pro), a new iPad, 2 new lines, and paying less than we were when we first walked in! Incredible!

Malique Jones assisted us with the trade-in of my old broken iPhone 8, quickly and without any judgement. (There’s a good explanation for how that phone was broken!)
