The Copper Train

I love the atmosphere of this Cafe! Me and my friends came here to work on a group project for school and we sat in the little corner with the couch, it was very cozy. The food and coffee is delicious and the staff are sweet and helpful, the only thing I'm sad about is that their hours are during my school day, or I would definitely come here more often!

This is my favorite spot for breakfast or brunch! This place makes amazing lattes and bakery items too! The entire staff is incredibly nice and this little spot is a perfect place for getting together with your bestie and chatting about the week you had!! I loved the tiramisù latte (that came with a cookie!) and just recently had some YUMMY buffalo chicken salad..on my salad!

So glad my husband and I decided to give this place a try! Cute and clean environment, and the staff were kind and easy to talk with as we ordered. I got the biscuits and gravy and it was so good; very home style. The biscuit was dense, but soft and well baked. The pastries in the display looked amazing and we look forward to trying those in at future visits.

Cute little place! Hubby and I really enjoyed it! The Au jus sandwich was AMAZING! Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was awesome and super friendly!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary brunch and we loved everything about our experience! We've driven by forever and wanted to try, and we're so glad we chose our anniversary to check it out. Our food was absolutely delicious and we couldn't stop saying good things about it, even on the drive home. The atmosphere was so chill and relaxed, and all the employees we came in contact with were courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back! I am excited to check out their lunch menu as well!

For close to $20 I got a chai tea latte, and a club sandwich.

The food was wonderful and the drink rivals Starbucks in my opinion.
I know it sounds like a lot of money for one person, but you wouldn't really spend much less at a fast food restaurant and the quality is much better.

The staff are amazing. The lady working behind the cash register when I visted (at around 11:00) was very nice and extremely helpful.

The atmosphere is very cozy and looks like the perfect place to grab a coffee, chat with friends, and work on writing and other projects.

Will definitely be visiting again.

Delicious! They were BUSY for being just opened! But, smiles across the board & super helpful! Cute space. Small, but mighty menu. The sweets case was so appealing that I had to double back for a couple of treats.
Food was tasty. Was able to get my boyfriend's sandwich in Gluten Free bread. Only drawback today was the soup was a tinge too hot in temp. to eat right away. Super minor issue, but by the time it cooled off, my sandwich was devoured.

Excellent coffee shop! This would be a great place to get work done or meet a friend. I loved the warm cinnamon roll and Alabaster latte. The service was very friendly and everything felt clean. 10/10 recommend!

I visited for the first time two weeks ago and had a great experience! Friendly staff, clean and quaint cafe. Food was warm and delicious as well as the coffee. I tried The Taste of Dixie and really enjoyed it. Would recommend and will be back to try other speciality coffees.

My friend and I stopped in for breakfast and sat inside. I was really impressed with the sitting space and with the baked options.

I had a blueberry muffin and side of a bacon. I got a cinnamon roll to go. Everything tasted good and smelled fantastic. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their baked goods.

I also can’t wait to go back and try some of their lunch options as well. I highly recommend stopping in or getting something to go. I really love this place is under 5 minutes from me as well!! It’s nice to have a breakfast place in Alabaster.

Nice locally owned spot. Nice decor, very homey feel. Sandwich was delicious and eggs were cooked to order. Had the Copper Train Cold Brew with cream to go with it, left extremely satisfied and will be back again

Finally a great local place in Alabaster! Breakfast was great, loved the grits and specialty coffee. Atmosphere is great and will definitely be back in soon to try lunch!

Lots of great choices!! Pimento cheese sandwich and the soup of the day was amazing. I will be back for a conecuh scone.

Really enjoyed our visit. First time there and we will be heading back soon. Enjoyed a nice biscuit and gravy breakfast platter and a Russian fog hot tea / latte beverage. The scones they have in the bakery case or excellent. Take time and find this place and enjoy!

Delicious breakfast! The avocado toast is fresh and well-seasoned with a PERFECTLY cooked egg. Gouda grits are hearty and creamy. Best mocha I've ever had. All the pastries look amazing, but I didn't try them this time. I did get a bowl of their chicken salad which (no surprise) is scrumptious! Highly recommend!

Comfortable setting, owners are extremely nice and food and drinks are incredible. Definitely a place I want to try everything!
