Food is excellent! Their chia oatmeal bowl is absolutely incredible and the Thai wrap is perfection! Their smoothies are good too but I always seem to go their for the food. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Daniella and she shines in her role. You can tell she really loves what she does.

I can’t express enough my gratitude towards Tropical Smoothie Cafe for providing me an amazing experience.

This place just keeps getting better and better. We originally got hooked by the Banana/blueberry chia pudding bowl. ( I can't stop eating them) In the past month we have been out about 8 times. 😁 Now I am hooked on the wraps and salad bowls oh! and the smoothies are Soo good! This place has it all. Now the reason I chose to write this review was not just about the incredible food but because of the manager. I get out a lot and I have never ever watched a manager that takes such pride in her job. You would think she owns the place. Every single time we have gone she has been there smiles and all. It is so refreshing to see people with such pride. This last time the place slowed down for a moment and she came over and asked us how we were. Her name is Daniela and headquarters really should know she is a keeper! She truly loves that place and really knows how to run it. Like I said it was nice to see. ❤ While writing this we have decided we are going back today!!!

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from on service. That staff were great, I was acknowledged and told she would be right with me. I waited just enough time to figure out what to order. The prices are great, the quality and the taste of the smoothies are worth it. I didn't order any food so I cannot speak on that but I saw them making items and they looked great. When I was given my smoothies she apologized for the wait 2 times. I did not wait long at all. Making a smoothie takes a few minutes so have some patience. I will definitely be returning here for more!!!

Thank you for supporting your local teachers!! They catered a lunch for my school with wraps and smoothies. Everything was yummy and fresh. I had the Thai chicken wrap which was delicious! Also had a jetty punch smoothie which was a mix of banana and strawberry. Tasted like a starburst. Will stop in the next time I’m in the mood for a wrap! Thank you!!

Had a 10/10 experience here today. I drove an hour just to get a watermelon mojito & the jerk chicken wrap. It tastes so good I’m enjoying it while typing this review lol

Nice and quick and easy, I love ordering through the app!

So happy to have found this place, I make my own smoothies at home but it can get tiring after awhile with buying fresh fruits every few days also all the cutting and peeling part I hate lol but definitely will be ordering again, the lady and young guy were both friendly, the place was very clean and my Peanutbutter banana crunch flat was awesome and most importantly my smoothie was made just how I like, Thank you. Not sure about everyone else’s experience or why but my experience was a 10/10. Thank you !!

I got hooked on this place out in East Northport, L.I. every time I get a new tattoo I stop her 1st. Everything I have ever tried was excellent& now to my surprise I have 1 in the town I currently live. So so happy.

I absolutely love this place. They make amazing flatbreads as well as their fantastic smoothies! I just wish they had raspberries 😅
