Atlantic Coast Inn (Formerly Primavera Inn)

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It is a motel, but with all the perks you would expect from a hotel. The rooms are very attractive, and the bathrooms are downright elegant. They have amenities such as hairdryers and coffeemakers which you usually don’t find in motels. The motel was on a busy street, but set back far enough so that noise was not a problem.
The manager was very professional and more than helpful. When I texted her that we had arrived at our room, she asked if there was anything we needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to anyone.

We had a great stay here! We got in late at night and received all our check in information via text from the owner. Everything was done over text and we were able to go right to our room. The room we had was small and cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was updated and we felt very safe. They recommended a breakfast place across the street and it was great too!

Very nicely done rooms, more amenities than many of the higher priced hotels we stayed in.
No one in office during day till 3pm, which was not a problem for us.

Very quiet even though it is just off main road. We were pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again.

The room was small yet modern and had all the amenities. The instructions for check-in were clearly communicated. The price was within a reasonable range. I wish they provided complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I am in the area again.

This place is fantastic. The staff is kind and friendly. They are helpful and the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, water is always hot, it's quiet. I will definitely suggest this location to friends and family and be back myself.

Pretty cool old timey place. The bathrooms have been updated recently. Not a ton of amenities but all you need. Good place to stay if you're not looking to spend a fortune. Doors are key coded so you don't have to go to the front desk if you don't want to.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean and cozy and the location was well-positioned in a good part of town. The service personnel were very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

Our stay was wonderful. Cathy at the front desk was amazing at keeping in contact with us to make sure we got a room at the last minute. Our room was so cozy with lots of character and very clean. Also the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. I definitely plan on staying here again.

This may it be a Budget Motel, but our room is just as nice as many places that were more expensive. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and the AC was much quieter than in many places I stayed at. While they didn't have a breakfast in the morning, they did leave snacks. The room had both a microwave and a quiet refrigerator. We stayed in the handicap room as there were no king size beds remaining that were downstairs. The room had recently been remodeled, especially the tile bathroom. Very nice. My only negative comment, the room had a desk that was far too small. I wanted to use my laptop to do some typing and there was no room on the desk. We had a very comfortable chair sitting outside our room that I enjoyed in the evenings while I was there.

This place was average. There was nothing super special about the rooms. But honestly we had no major complaints about our stay here. Cathy was more than accommodating and very kind. She was willing to help with anything. She understands customer service! Spent one night here and the only issue we had was we had the wrong door code. Cathy fixed this issue within five minutes! The room appeared clean and had the amenities we needed. We liked the touch of a snack and water bottles in the room waiting for us. Check in and check out was not even an issue and took zero time which was nice. Had more of an air bnb feel. It was a bit pricey but compared to hotels in the area this was a steal! The location was top notch and within walking distance to other places. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Staff were friendly and there was a room mix up when we arrived bit it was resolved within minutes. Our room was nice and clean. Everything worked as it should.
Be careful pulling out onto main street, it's 25mph but they go 40.
Staff reccomended Shonbashi for dinner. Great food and their staff was fun and friendly.
Breakfast was at Martha's Diner. Prepare to wait to be seated, it's popular. Food was great and Staff were friendly.

Absolutely pleasant stay! Cathy was a great communicator and was quick to respond. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was beautiful. Staff was super nice and they restocked our snacks frequently and kept our room neat. I felt very safe and accommodated here. Would give more stars if I could!

We stayed here in August and had a great experience staying here. The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful. They were newly renovated and you could tell. I am big on shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The AC was great and property was quiet. Service was excellent if we needed something. Communication is through texting which was very safe and convenient. The best part about Atlantic Coast Inn is you are getting a great hotel for a great price. It is 25 minutes from Bar Harbor so it was perfect for us to not pay Bar Harbor Hotel pricing. We drove 20-25 to Acadia and Bar Harbor daily and its a beautiful ride. Definitely a great deal. As a family of 6 we would highly recommend it and would stay here again. Thank you Atlantic Coast Inn!

I really liked my stay here. Very clean room! Comfortable bed, quiet area. Food store right across the street. Short and enjoyable drive to Acadia. Was asked frequently if I needed anything, room was cleaned each day.

Great! About 20-25 minutes to Arcadia. Excellent communication via text messages and reachable by phone. Rooms lock/open by door code. Ample parking. A bit rocky at first because my room wasn't cleaned when I got there, and the last guest left it a mess, but Cathy/hotel staff were reachable by phone and they placed me in another room quickly which I appreciated.

Easy check-in, clean room, and awesome bathroom! Very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner kept the room very cool! We even extended our stay because we were so happy with our accommodations. It’s about a 30 minute drive into Bar Harbor and the Acadia park entrance where we planned to hike but so worth it because of the money we saved. The staff was wonderful and checked on us routinely for any additional needs(we declined daily house keeping). We plan on staying here again if we are fortunate enough to make it back to Maine!

Very nice helpful and accommodating staff!! Had to get a room late the lady I spoke with was a very understanding and a great host. Room was clean bed most comfortable. The patience and courtesy was the best. Great welcoming stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates well kept rooms with excellent hospitality at a great price.

This was much better than we expected. We spent 3 nights here and we loved the contactless check-in. I was provided the code for our room and it was neat, clean and the bathroom was very pretty! I can tell they put the work in for the customers. We would come back to our room and there would be fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable too. I loved that we were asked if we enjoyed our stay via text. The pricing for the room was great but I mostly appreciate that they don't let covid get in the way of providing great service! We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place to stay that is close to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park. Clean, quiet, and peaceful. Cute little efficiency type room with microwave and refrigerator. Orange juice and milk waiting in the fridge along with other items for breakfast available. Definitely recommend! Will return!

Host Cathy was wonderful and very communicative. Texted prior to our check in with our room number and door code. Also checked in routinely throughout our weekend. The room and bathroom were tidy. Beds were nicely made and very very clean. Room was perfect for what we needed it for!!!
