Jeremy and his staff are always willing to go out of their way to give customers the best possible experience. I love to stop in to say hello and shop their top-quality brands. They always have the latest styles, usually before other retailers. If you're shopping downtown Lexington, you HAVE to stop in and check out this unique store and their superb service.

Gorgeous high quality clothing. Also carries very unique accessories. They are pricey but the quality makes it worthy. The best thing is the customer service. The store associates are knowledgeable and so nice and friendly.

I had placed an order on their website, which I ended up needing to cancel. Jeremy was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Within minutes of calling, I received an email from them and PayPal signifying my order was canceled and refund returned. What service! I will make absolutely sure to give them my future business!

I cannot say enough about the service! I waited until the near last minute to order my gifts and they went out of their way to ensure I not only had the correct items, but they arrived in the time I needed! Beautiful wrapping and hand written cards inside, no doubt a go to Christmas store!

I came in early on tax free weekend and got a few polos and shirts. They were running 🏃 a great deal on yeti bottles so I got some early Christmas presents as well. Pleasantly 😱surprised with the level of service and help I was able to receive. It's a family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 owned store that welcomes new and returning customers alike. I don't post reviews. But I placed an online order from Craig Reagin that included free shipping. The free shipping was two day shipping and when I received my package it came with a hand written note thanking me for my order. Couldn't have been happier purchasing from them.

Best retail store in Lexington by far. This is the best place to go for all men’s clothing and Women’s Barbour. My fiancé pretty much only wears clothes from here and always gets compliments on outfits from here. I am obsessed with my Barbour jacket and vests from here too!

We always find great gifts and clothes we can’t live without. My brother rented Tux’s for Prom here and we recently ordered custom suits for our wedding. One of the groomsmen said it’s the best fitting pants he has ever owned. Jeremy is amazing and always takes care of us when we visit. This is a true local gem. We LOVE shopping here all year round!

I can't say enough great things about Craig Reagin! Top notch customer service and the best selection in this area by far! My wife made a purchase a couple months ago, she's a early Christmas shopper, and I just received the gift on Christmas. Unfortunately the size didn't fit so I messaged them the day after Christmas on FB messenger...the next day they reached out to say they didn't have the exact ones available but they were willing to switch out for a comparable brand at no charge!
