This is the cleanest and nicest Walgreens in Wayne County by a long shot. I drive out of my way to visit the pharmacy because they know me by name, treat me with respect, and have the best staff. The pharmacist, Jack, is very knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I may have. The techs are always friendly -- and yes, sometimes there is a wait, but you get that anywhere you go! I know Jack and his team are doing their very best! I highly recommend.

All these bad reviews come from people who are too impatient to realize they're not the only people on the planet. Also, if you treat employees with disrespect they have the right to do the same as they don't get paid to tolerate abuse from customers. And no, one single customer does not make a difference. God forbid you have to wait 5 minutes for something. Imagine all the employees have to put up with especially during this pandemic. Every time I have been here the workers have been nothing but nice to the point I'm actually surprised about the 3.5 star rating they have. I wish people would tone their ego and their self entitlement down and understand the world doesn't resolve around them. Get over yourselves.

After going to Wal-Mart and thinking I would save more money on prescriptions, after Wal-Mart tried to charge me $13500, (you read that right $13,500) for a prescription and didn't even have it available, Walgreen's came through for me and charged $125 for the same Rx.

That's not the highlight though, when I went in for another Rx, the customer service was so overwhelming (in this day and age), after insurance and the pharmacy tech notifying me about a discount plan my $550 Rx went to $10.
Another time I needed a Rx and the Dr wrote it wrong, but the pharmacist gave me enough for the night until the Dr could rewrite it correctly the next day.
They also go out of their way to get your prescriptions right.
Customer service here is second to none!
I highly recommend you get your prescriptions from this Walgreen's!

Excellent service. Would recommend you talk to the lady in the back if you need any help with your prescriptions (I think her name is Sable?).

We all three got our covid 19!shot yesterday. So far our arms are just sore. We also purchased some items before we left.

Pretty good store overall. Terrible beer selection unfortunately. Friendly staff and clean interior.

Drive up only reason I use, but Jason is correct, sometimes they keep one person at window for 5+ min. I was told, "why not go to some other pharmacy'. I realize i am not one to wait long times. THINK, every min u spend doing something you dont like, your life is passing. They are being PAID $$$$$ bucks while you PAY them to treat u like u dont make a difference

Why do you say pharmacy is open on Sundays when it is not. Really screws people up. Update your information.

*pharmacist Kelly who is the manager in the pharmacy department has really bad customer service The way they treat their customers is awful they should remember if it wasn’t for us as customers they would not have a job and please treat your customers with respect and friendliness. Unfortunately it’s not the first time they treat my mother with disrespect it’s has been multiple times for multiple months to the point that we had to transfer pharmacists because we have had it with bad customer service. I will make sure that I will tell all my friends and family where NOT to go and that is Walgreens in Mt. Olive.

They areally the slowest place in toan. The drive-thru is backed up because the allow people to sit at the window while they wait for their prescription to be filled they just dropped off.
They are way understaffed also. By far, the worst Walgreens I have ever used. This has been an issue since forever now.

Rude people at the pharmacy. Learn some manners. And I won’t be using you as my primary pharmacy again.
