Jiffy Lube

What a difference this location makes in customer service! After having to go across town because the Boulevard location refused to serve me, this location welcomed me, offered me free bottled water, offered to change the oil, rotate the tires, and took time to show me my air filters so I could make an informed choice on what to do with them. They willingly stayed after hours to finish the work I came for and the work they justifiably upsold. I'm glad I decided to come to this location and I'll be back!

The crew was not pushy at all. They tested all of my vehicle fluids and let me know they were alright. I'm used to these types of places trying anything to upgrade me but these guys offered and then moved on. I appreciated the service I received. A woman waiting along with me, said she felt similarly impressed with them.

Excellent service! I have always gone to Honda for my oil changes and now I will always come here. Dillon, Richard, Donovan provides excellent customer service and made sure I was taken care. They were also efficient and did quality work. They make Jiffy Lube look good.

I had just spent a ton of money replacing all of my break parts and was having trouble bleeding the system. The guys were great they took the time to get my breaks working for half the cost anywhere else.

All the employees were kind and acted in a professional manner. They got me in and out of there under 30 minutes.

Crazy busy customers flustered with speed of service but the guys did service as fast as they could the manager handled a rude old lady complaining very well and if the people in the waiting room step back they would have seen the jiffy team work as fast as they safely could to get us all out. All of us customer should up at the same time. Jiffy team good job at keeping your cool and getting the job done.

Came in with my serpentine belt off as it came off right next to store and they were able get me in and out with new belt and good price

The guys at the Nampa 12th st Jiffy lube were really professional, friendly and helpful.

I will never go to Valvoline again. Jiffy lube was so professional and did a great job.

They went out of their way to make sure my car was in peak condition for ubering

I appreciate I can see services performed thru glass window in waiting area. Vavoline is no longer my preferred to go to since it changed from Einstein. Quality is gone down.

We've been coming here for years and they always take excellent care of us. We use them for oil changes, tune ups, whatever we need. The one time we had a hiccup they remedied it almost immediately and without hesitation.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The manager Jason and his team quickly helped us out when the radiator in our Jeep died and left us stranded. When I called, Jason said no problem and to come on over. By the time I limped the Jeep a block away, they already had the new radiator and tech working on replacing it right away. Never could i imagine this level of service coming from a Lube shop on a weekend. Will be a return customer for sure.

Great service It was a fast service . I like that.

They were all great and very accommodating.

Jason, the technician I worked with was great. He was able to take care of my car, in a very timely matter, at a very good price, and did so very professionally. I will definitely take my car back to this location, and recommend my friends and family to go see Jason.

Have to say that Nicole and Sean were great. Personally some of the best people I’ve worked with. Very up front with everything and didn’t try to push product I didn’t need. Thank you both

They couldn't replace the serpentine drive belt on my particular car, but they kindly referred me to a shop that could. They didn't even push for me to get the oil change at Jiffy since they wanted me to have the convenience of getting everything done at one shop.
