People write reviews when they have some complaint. I haven't faced any problems so far with anyone in the branch. I had an appointment for passport application with them today but when i recahed there I found branch was not open for some reason. I wonder why my appointment was not canceled by them. Why I was not informed about it when they knew they have an appointment to honour that day. USPS people should pay attention to such things and inform patrons who book advanced appointments. My first bad and frustrating experience with USPS.

My mom and I went to USPS to renew our passports. It was quick and easy! Sherry was extremely knowledgable and kind, and made for a great experience at this location.

The two ladies my family and I interacted with were fabulous! They were professional and it was the best experience at any post office. I forgot documents for my passport appointment, I called they were able to adjust the appointment and it all worked out! Great job ladies!

We went to apply for my child's passport last week. Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped us with everything including the kid's photo. Everything only took less than 10 min. Very fast and efficient.

I been going around for my passport service since last week. All the post office were telling me to make an appointment. So, I came here and they made it so simple and easy process for me. I have visited many post offices and I have had not so good experiences, but the post master, Russel at the south bound brook post office as well as Jackson are two of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. Thank you for always greeting with a smile and for being so helpful.

Been here multiple times whenever I need to send a package AND I happen to be driving from Rutgers in New Brunswick (where I went to grad school) to Easton, PA to visit my alma mater Lafayette College for sports games and catch up. It is an easy drive off of 287 and a good opportunity to NOT have to deal with parking meters (if I am even lucky to get a spot) at both New Brunswick and Easton. Anyways, at the SBB post office, I do not have to wait at all despite the fact that it looks like a one-man post office. His name is Jackson and he is one of the friendliest postal clerks I have ever met.

Never had a problem, and have had only pleasurable experiences with their staff. Cool little post office too.
