The building is old and in great need of a renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly, but rarely is there more than one person at the desk. They have been very helpful with shipping packages and taking down lost packages (did not make it to them).

Bound Brook Post Office on Mountain is very good -- longer hours on Saturday which is helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the service at this office is very good.

Quick service every time

In and out everytime. I prepay my postage, so I need not wait in line. Parking at times can be iffy... employees are courteous

The staff is very good. 5* for them the parking is lousy, I often have to park 2 blocks away juggling my packages.

Went today to send out a postage paid package. The woman at the counter was quick getting through the line of people and was super friendly to everyone.
My only complaint is parking. There was no lot that I could see for patrons, only for mail trucks/staff, so it’s all street parking (with meters, which is annoying).

It was quick service and very helpful employees. After my good remark..I was there on the 17th of Oct. 2022..I called for a package they were holding..I go there..doors open..but the gate closed around 315pm. I called..They said in 10 minutes..systems are down. I am sure there is no system down..Try on lunch and close
gate. so this Federal Post Office is losing business...understaffed...and unacceptable not To tell the truth..If Management Looks into it there was no system down.. Ps when they did open..as always the lady behind the counter was great..she is very nice..and outgoing. Staffing issues are at the core.

Government at work, what can I say. Cheaper, quite reliable, but slow and lacking customer service.

Terrible. Never thought I'd leave a review on a post office but here we are. Went in to ship a small package. I said "I'd like to ship this please." Greeted by the lady loudly hitting the scale saying "on the scale!" Terrible attitude for no reason? Can it get worse? YES IT CAN! Lady then entered the address reversely so the package ship straight back to home for a sweet 2 mile ride... And no I did not write it wrong. Package was labeled big and clear. 0/10 absolute terrible experience.

Probably never going here. Just a warning that I’ve heard from multiple different peers how rude and inconsiderate these people are, especially one lady who made racist remarks towards my friend. Never been here, but definitely not recommending it. They should really do something about their awful staff members.

Needed stamps to mail out wedding thank you's. Got in 2 min before they close and once the lady behind the counter saw me she shouted to the back room, "We're supposed to be closed!" I then ask for 5 books of stamps, and she gives me these spanish food design stamps. I ask if they have other options, she replies in the nastiest abrupt way, "No!"

Unprofessional. Rude. Won't bring my business there again.

Thieves... don’t mail anything of value. They will open it and steal it. Don’t trust the postal workers to deliver anything you actually want. You’re welcome in advance.
