Busy Post Office but the staff has always been friendly with me and helpful when scanning my daily pre-paid packages for Ebay. Parking can get tricky.

Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.

Clerk has a horrible attitude. Every time I mail stuff out for my business I notice her giving multiple customers an attitude, she acts like everyone is bothering her. The other day a lady came in with a baby that didn't speak much English the lady wanted to do an address change. Instead of helping the lady the clerk just told her to "do it online" when she could of just helped her fill out the form at the counter. She then yells at me for my phone ringing while waiting for her to assist me. One day she even even told me "you need to come earlier" to mail out one package when it was 4:50 and the post office closes at 5pm. The nerve of this women to always have something nasty to say while she's at work. I have no clue why this behavior is allowed at this post office.

The Black guy with an accent with glasses around 40 or 50 needs to be re trained or not to be in the lobby where customers are present retired or fired .This guy first was yelling at a old lady around 75 yrs. old after she asked him a question a second time. I will go there to Manville every other day and this clerk has no name tag very arrogant and talks to people like there in jail, he will say the craziest things going completely nuts on people all the time.I had a couple of run in with him did not give him one inch this guy really has a mental problem.I paid for postage via internet several envelopes going out it was late in the day only two customers in line when it was my turn this Clerk told me i had to many items that he was not going to scan my package! i believe i had 7 envelopes , I refused to take no for an answer , i tell you what he does not know me he is barking up the wrong tree , but i told him he had to scan these packages i paid for the postage he is supposed to do his job that will take him all of maybe two minutes! This Clerk claims to be a supervisor which is hard to believe with his demeanor , he reluctantly scanned the packages and told me that i better change my address or return address to Manville because they did not get the credit , and if they close down it will be my fault !! I told him that i was not going to change the business address that i have never heard such a rule were is it posted ,we went back and forth for a minute then i left not before he said again "it will be your fault ". I have taken boxes and packages for years to Skylight logistics in Somerset great scvs i even drop off fed x boxes no problem real professional. Also i go to Somerville to avoid loosing my temper with this guy and they are so fantastic and professional and all wear name badges. I asked them about his comment if it was necessary to change my return address they stated they never heard of such a request ,that mail can be taken to ANY US postal scvs facility.I was given a number to call and make a complaint of this mentioned Clerk with no name tag, i hope some one is paying attention and look at there bad reviews of the Manville post office.Another run in i had with the same genius i rushed there on a weekday to drop off two envelopes it was around 0515 when i got there i was going to drop off at the lobby , the same Clerk had locked the doors upon pulling on the door at exactly 0515 he ignored me and went inside . I have proof of what iam saying that's all iam going to say about that and will make complaints until something is done about this.We are paying customers he is serving us and needs to act like a stable competent person not a rude out of control unhappy public servant.

Terrible experience, the man I talked to was horrible and says he’s in charge and the boss if that is true. This post office definitely needs to look into re-training their employees as soon as possible and starting with management.( Never had anyone be so rude when just asking a simple question to someone) surprising me being nice and come with a soft voice because I didn’t wanna sounds rude and I just get total disrespect and rudeness back shows you, you can’t be nice to ppl guess I have to go back there with the same attitude they give, if I want any respect or work done.

I went into the P.O. with a package all prepared (no postage needed). I had a pre-printed return label on it which I had secured with tape at home. When I was handing it to the clerk, I noticed that it needed about another 2 inches of tape so that the label wouldn't get caught and rip off. I said to the clerk "it needs no postage but if you could put a small pc. of tape...." she immediately returned it to me inferring that she had no tape. I FIND THAT IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE. Anyway, a very nice man happened to be next in line and amazingly, he had a roll of packing tape and offered it to me. I asked clerk for pr. of scissors which she handed to me. I taped pkg. (all two inches of tape).., returned tape to the man, left the package. and the clerk called out to me. I had left the scissors on the counter. I don't know if she thought I walked out with them. --I have used this P.O. for over 50 years and have never been so disgusted with this "lack of cooperation/service".....all for a lousy pc. of tape. If that man had not been there with the tape I would have had to take the pkg. home for that tape. Totally frustrated and disgusted!!!!!

Always getting my packages looked at like they're trying to find something to catch me on. Pre-made labels and off by an ounce they make a stink of it. Like an ounce is going to kill the mail man delivering the package. This is why Manville and Hillsborough have low ratings due to all these clerks. Hillsborough The Mailbox is worth the drive and they'll assist you to the max - no problems just dropping off a package either.

Seems like writing my review won't matter but I am tired of coming to this post office and everyone has an attitude. It is not the customers fault if you have a bad day. When asking a question do not give an attitude to the customer.
