Amazing small business coffee shop, not only do they offer coffee but also amazing homemade biscuits. Along with doughnuts and other pastries. Iced latte with sugar cookie. And a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Run about $11 . Also got a mocha peppermint coffee and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. "No photo though" total for all 4 items $22

I have not tried to food yet but the coffee is amazing. And the lady that served us was awesome to. She asked for our opinion on the coffee and she was super nice. I’m actuly going back for a date because I really liked it and I want to show my date the place because she has never been there. It’s a small beautiful place and I love it.

Great little breakfast shop. Food and coffee was good, and they didn't keep you waiting. The room is small so best to do takeout, but they did have some upstairs seating if you want to stick around.

We were traveling from Georgia to North Carolina and read the reviews for Mama Mac’s so we decided to stop. As we walked up, the owner was walking out to close early for the day but she reopened the store just to make us some coffee! She was the sweetest and so accommodating!
Super great tasting coffee and muffins! If you’re in the area or driving through, stop by and try them!! You won’t be disappointed!

The best coffee i’ve had in a long time! The staff is very professional and SO sweet. They REALLY DO go above and beyond! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives around or is passing through! I wish I lived closer so I could come hang out here every day!!! Such a cute spot! Even a rooftop patio!! There's not a lot of choices in the Carnesville area. This is a wonderful little coffee bagel and sandwich shop. Donuts!

Fresh yummy authentic coffee, Fresh stuffed with goodies sandwiches, and The donuts..... oh my gosh Absolutely Amazing. I'm so glad I talked my husband into going to lunch here today. Well worth every penny!!!

Wow!! My family and I stopped here on our way back home across the country. We have tried many coffee shops on our journeys and in our home state. I can honestly say that this is the best coffee shop we’ve ever been to!!

The chai? Amazing! The coffee? Amazing! The muffins? Bundt cake? Amazing! The little quiches? Even more amazing! Everything we tried was a 10/10 and if we lived closer, this would be my weekly go-to spot. The decor is also great and the music too. May God bless this little coffee shop and the people who run it!

I went over there to see what the hype was all about. Well these donuts are so super fluffy. God has definitely gifted these people with the creative talent in bakery. As a donut connoisseur I would love to see more choices. Cookie dough, something cinnamony, raspberry filled,.... Coffees also are a very nice treat.

Mama Mac’s Café has an actual high-end espresso machine and people who know how to use it right here in the middle of historic Carnesville, Georgia!
My latte was prepared perfectly and accompanied by casual and friendly conversation. I highly recommend this place for a snack and espresso.

Cute little coffee shop. They made a good cappuccino, defiantly better than Starbucks. It was the right temperature for a cappuccino. The shop is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the staff is friendly.

Delish avocado toast, latte was made perfectly. Very friendly.
