I have been going here for years and never had a problem the staff or doctors they are nice and if I have any questions or concerns they are there

Dr Katz is an amazing doctor. She listens to you and is open to questions and concerns. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. That is a rare talent and I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They genuinely care for your wellbeing!

I absolutely love the AHC Lincoln office. The staff is so kind and accommodating, my doctor (Kim Richie) is the absolute BEST. My mother goes to her now on my recommendation after her previous doctor proved less than reliable, Kim will always listen, give good advice, she ALWAYS shoots straight with her patients, and has their best interests at heart. I would recommend her to anyone. The pharmacy here is awesome, they always have what I need, they are always timely, efficient, and make sure they are filling EXACTLY the correct prescription(s) before filling them. I have never had an issue with that pharmacy.

I needed an appointment and was not able to see Kim,the pa for a few weeks. They were able to get me in with Dr. Kaatz. I really liked her. She listened to me and had a plan to help with my issues.

I had a kind of choking emergency today. I rushed into the clinic without calling. The receptionist was awesomely kind & got someone to help me immediately, actually several people to help me. I was probably at the clinic for 45 minutes. They checked on me frequently & explained what was going on, speaking to me kindly as they helped. In the end I went home with some suggestions & also instructions to go immediately to the ER if anything changed for the worse. I think they were extremely kind & concerned. I think I got excellent care & advice under what was, to me, strange & scarey circumstances.

Everyone at the health center is always so nice and welcoming but Rebekah has continuously gone above and beyond with helping schedule my children’s doctors appointments! She is always so patient with me when I have questions and if she can’t answer my questions she will get it figured out and follow up right away. I really appreciate Rebekah and all her hard work!

There are some really caring staff at the Lincoln clinic. Dr. Kaatz and her MSS Tiffany are wonderful, compassionate and very thorough. The front desk staff...I don't know how they get by without Rebekah Beardsley! She greets people pleasantly, is knowledgeable and gets answers without making you feel like a burden. If I have questions that I need answered, I call and ask to speak to Rebekah, because I know I will be treated kindly, and can trust that she will follow through. Others at the front desk and scheduling could really benefit by following her example.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time and my doctor took all the time needed to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Alcona Health Center to my friends

I was able to get a same day appointment with my primary Doctor. They were quick, friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaatz is great! Highly recommend her for a Dr that listens and wants to help.

The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, personable and professional.
The facility is always clean and welcoming. Especially with the seasonal decorations the ladies put up.
Nursing staff is great. Knowledgeable and caring.
I've seen a few of the Dr.'s that work at the Lincoln office and I am very pleased with the care I've received.
My family Dr. is an amazing lady as well as a great Dr. She's not only good at her job and great with me. She is great with my children. Ages ranging from 17 yrs old to infant.

I've been under the care of Dr Rau for over 8 yrs and he is a professional in every aspect of his medical profession... It is very difficult to find a Dr. that is as committed as Dr.Rau is to making sure every area of concern is discussed and strategically planned out, along with follow up...He is the epitome of the "Family Country Doctor who cares very much about his patients...The front office staff is also very accommodating and pleasant... I drive 20 miles to go there for these reasons, while I have options literally 1 mile away... Keep up the amazing work you are all doing and I will remain a loyal patient to Alcona Health for many more years to come+++

As usual the staff from the Covid guru to the front desk staff are very kind and informative. The Lincoln Office is very well staffed and attractive. My PCP and her nurse are efficient and wonderful very helpful and encouraging in my healthcare visit. I feel very secure as a patient and consumer in Alcona County we are fortunate to have the AHC in our community.

My doctor is a very compassionate person. I have never had to sit in the waiting room very long. The staff at the clinic are very pleasant and so is the staff at the pharmacy. I highly recommend the clinic and I definitely recommend Kim Ritchie.

Was able to get in same day for our daughter, all questions answered and concerns addressed by knowledgeable and friendly staff. The nurse was absolutely amazing with our toddler and was attentive and friendly with her approach.

Everyone I encounter at Alcon’s Health Center is very friendly and helpful. I especially love how Dr. Kaatz really takes her time to explain my visits/conditions with me, as well as providing me with holistic treatment options. Her calm demeanor really puts me at ease. I think Dr. Kaatz is fantastic, and highly recommend her and AHC!

The nicest Receptionists I’ve had to talk too. Dr. Kaatz was super supportive and a great listener. My experience was excellent. Super glad I picked here for my medical needs!
