Lorna has went above and beyond after discussing with her all our plans for our future, and helping us achieve our goals. Lorna is quick to answer any questions you pose, and always has a friendly demeanor whether on the phone or in the office. We truly appreciate the service they have provided at the Lincoln Branch Of the Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union.

I would like to give a shout out to Alisha Payne from the Alpena Branch. She always has a smile on her face and ready to help. I had questions and she answered them quickly and professionally. Thank you Alisha for also making the customer feel like a invested member of the credit union and not just another person. Your the best.

Cheryl, from the Lincoln branch, went above and beyond to help me open an account. She answered all my questions, and helped me with everything I needed. She was a pleasure to work with, and always has a happy attitude. You can tell she loves her job! Even though I live out of town she walked me through how to do deposits on my phone with a picture. That I must say is a great feature to have!

I give AAACU 5 stars. Their member service is great. My mom works there. She is very kind and generous person. I want to work there for my first job.
