Secretary of State office

I was at the Harrisville office on Jan. 25, 2024 and was very impressed. The young woman who renewed my driver's license was fast, efficient and courteous. Then she asked if there was anything else she could do. I had made an online appointment and could not find a link for multiple transactions. When I told her this and that I could do the rest online, she offered to do it for me. Thus, in addition to renewing my expired license, she handled two vehicle and two boat registrations. I walked into the office at 10:36 a.m. and was back in the car at 10:44 a.m. Wow! Great employee!

I didn't have an appointment when I went to the Secretary of State/DMV in Harrisville, MI, on 8-19-2022. Because I had to wait a little bit to be worked in, I oveheard the person working at the counter (Marjie) interacting with three other customers before me. I was impressed with her efficiency, knowledge of her job, helpfulness and pleasantness to everyone, including me, even late in the afternoon on a Friday before the start of the weekend.

Maggie was professional and fast. I didn't have an appointment and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. There was 3 others in front of me and she did her things. I have no complaints.

Marjie is the best! I took my daughter to get her permit yesterday, I didn’t know we needed an appointment but Marjie fit us in and even stayed a little late to help us. Very pleasant experience and greatly appreciate Marjie and her kindness!

The Harrisville office is great. The woman that works there is incredible. She knows the job inside and out and is so professional, helpful, and prompt.

What a difference. We have tried for m9nths to get an appointment near home. Since we were up north we thought we would try. So easy. Immediate appointment. Fast easy and courteous service.

Great service..I needed to transfer an out of state title and encountered a couple small gliches..the lady there went above and beyond.can't ask for a better experience!!! Remember, you must have an appointment!!!
