Vi was very knowledgeable and professional! She answered all my questions! I upgraded to the IPhone 15 pro.

This place is great! Easy access and super helpful staff. For what it's worth the same guy in the photo with the bad review was 5 stars for me. Knowledgeable and responsive. He even helped me get a new phone at 10 minutes to closing and stayed after to help me configure it. On a SUNDAY. I will admit he did not seem like Mr. Sunshine the customer service happy face person. But even better, he was Mr. Got the job done and knew what he was talking about, without a lot of upselling and meaningless small talk.

I went on Tuesday since my phone was having connection errors. The employee was very helpful and we got it fixed in around 15 minutes or less. There were only 3 employees with around 5 customers (inc myself) and they were all good with shifting their attention to make sure that everyone was able to get the service they need in a timely manner.

Excellent Customer service - I would recommend this store to anyone with Verizon- helped me to upgrade my phone, with a great deal, and set it all up to transfer all things ...very happy with my experience at this store!

Idrees is the store manager at this location and has been taking care of our business account for 2 years now , he is exceptional at his job, his customer service skills are wonderful and he always goes the extra mile. One of his associates name is Michael, he as well has been a great advocate and has helped us in many situations when we were in need. This store has professional, friendly staff who are dedicated and willing to go the xtra mile!!

Customer service at this store is so much better than the one off Nordahl. If you have the choice, go to the one off Las Posas instead of Nordahl.

After having a horrible experience at the previous Verizon store the second I walked in I felt very comforted and welcomed, Daniel went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was so gracefully patient and knowledgeable helping me with my new device. Although I bought my new phone else where. I will never go to another Verizon store again! I would recommend anyone to come here and ask for Daniel or Maribel. The staff is amazing overall best customer experience! I couldn't have asked for more

Ennis was great, very knowledgeable, understands customer service.

I had a few issues with their goadvantage program that I was signed up for. The district manager personally called me to work out any issues. The customer service at this location is exceptional. I really appreciate the time they take to help answer each little question and work out every problem. I brought my dad in for his upgrade and everyone was super patient and answered all of his questions. Thank you Yadi, Michael, and Louis.
