Cash Store

Last week I was in a bind and went to the Cash Store, the ladies were very professional and friendly. Glory explained the process before making the decision and it was very easy. Her and Toni helped me print documents from phone. Awesome customer service.

Went in today to ask questions. The ladies were very friendly. Toni explained everything thoroughly. However I didn't have my ID ,so she set up an appointment with me next week. Very professional

Everything went good this's not my first time getting money the staff are always nice the service is very good that's why I know this's one place I can get what I need this's my 3 or 4 time getting a loan from here .I really thank you guys for all you doing and the kindness that you show

Mrs.Toni assisted I an she was very professional at her job, bringing in new customers, an being willing to give me a chance. Even gave me an envelope 📨 an two bags to carry my paperwork home with me,Also very kind on asking if I needed water or would like some candy before I headed out such sweet women.

Both Alicia and Leo do an excellent job every time I come in here. Always professional, understanding, and hold conversations with their customers when they’re in there. I’m always happy to see them when I come in and glad that it’s not a revolving door of employees.

I’ve came to the Heights cash store for a loan a few times and would never pay in-store bc I didn’t care for the employees however my last time going in-store dealing with Alicia & Aundrea I always try to make it in-store. Their customer service is excellent and they always take care of me quickly. This will always be my go to when I need it. You need more employees like them for sure!!-M Rivera
