We had to come here and as a family get 5 new phones... TY WAS AMAZING. He had been in contact with my dad for basically the entire day, stayed late (they closed at 6pm) and was there until 9 pm at night making sure all the phones were working and up to date. Ty deserves a raise... he was very patient and TRULY cared about us getting our phones. Customer Service was AMAZING to say the least. Thank you TY for EVERYTHING!!!!!! Absolutely outstanding customer service! Ty explained all the features of our plan and a new plan. He saved us money and really helped out with all of our requests for today.

Josue was so wonderful! He helped me and my son get his phone activated. My son is autistic and highly depends on it to help block out distractions at school and on the bus. He was without it for a few months then finally got a new one that was supposed to come activated and ready to use. When it didn't we struggled to try and get it going on our own to no success. Within 30 min Josue had it fixed and working. I'm sorry I couldn't write this review sooner as it has been a couple weeks since we went but I didn't want to not give him the shout out he deserves. Thank you so much!

Today my husband and I went to the store to pickup our new upgrade. I will say this location is very nice .Terrance was the absolute best he made sure my husband and I was taking care of he has great customers service and good at what he does thanks Terrance 😊

Came here because the previous cell phone carrier I was with started majorly messing up after the eclipse. I never felt pressured into getting anything or upgrading service whatsoever.

Brandon did out standing customer service I couldn't ask for anything better he was nice very kind with good people skills if you ever come to the Harker Heights Verizon store ask for Brandon and I guarantee you won't go wrong

Gus was excellent! He made sure we understood everything and was super helpful with setting up our new iPhone 15 pro max’s. I would recommend asking for Gus if you visit this store!
